if you think weightlifting is supposed to be comfortable, then you are looking for comfort in the wrong place, go get a massage or something.

Start with a weight that you can do. Obviously deadlifts won't feel very good, just like your legs don't always feel too great.

You might be doing too many reps though. Maybe instead of 3 sets of 8, try 3-4 sets of 3-5?

You're not trying to train your back to failure, after all. We sort of need it.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Actually, weightlifting should eventually be comfortable. Being strong makes doing lesser things more comfortable.

Momentary discomfort for long-term comfort. This is in movement alone. You also have social comfort and health-comfort from the appearance and lower body-fat and knowledge of your greater strength to move the world.

Also, feeling either higher plateaus of tension or of fatigue each have their own associated psychophysiological comforts... more like thrills I guess, associated with them.

If you're always uncomfortable weightlifting, always feeling pain, always feeling sore, then something is wrong, and you need to change what you're doing.

Health is the #1 goal in weightlifting, not looks guys. If looks are your priority, reevaluate your life.
