BUSY or BULLSH!T???

This is an age old line that men use. " Am I busy," "I will be busy," " I was busy."

Is busy bullsh!t? If you are really into a girl, is there a busy? If this girl holds your interest, will busy be out the window, and you make the time to see this girl???

More importantaly, if you are into this girl, would you rather spend time with your boys or be with your HB9??

I think it cuts both ways. Women can brush us off with the "I'm busy" line, too.

I just got the age old rejection from a HB yesterday. Paraphrasing: "I'm sorry I can't go out with you. I am going to be busy for the whole summer."

WTF? Yeah, yeah, I know. NEXT! But for cryin' out loud, I'd like a decent reason, not some BS excuse. Something tells me that I'm not going to get it.

Come to think of it, I got the same rejection line from another girl about a year and a half ago.

In both cases, they both showed some initial interest and eventually flaked out.

So you want him to be honest with you because it will sound like this " I don't want to hang out with you this week because you are smothering me and I need my space to do my things, when I get horny again I will give you a call"

This kind of brutal honesty is pretty much kills a relationship so he won't say it. Just accept that you are not the centre in your man universe.

It all depends on how often u see him.

If you see him everyday for a long period of time and then notice him distancing himself, telling you that he's busy and hanging out with his boys - let him do that! Every person, guy or girl needs space, he can't always be around you. He needs some time to be with his boys, he needs sometime to just be alone and relax u know. If you give him space, and don't complain when he's like that, he'll appreciate you a lot more then if you b!tch and moan.

If you rarely ever see him and he's always busy, or always out with his boys, and you see him once every week and a half or two, then it's time to find yourself another man, cause: 1.) your needs ain't being fullfilled, and 2.) he's prolly seeing other girls and you're just one girl in his rotation.

edit - the vice versa also works for girls.

I see him once a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is nothing!!

I know where he is when he aint with me, it is just the fact that he isn't with me that pisses me off. We have mutual friends, so I know where he is at all times. I just makes me mad that he spends Monday might relaxing, Tuesday at the gym, Wednesday with one group of friends, Thursday with the Frat boys and Friday with the Frat boys, Saturday at Football.....

And, I have to wait until after all this!!! I get the scraps of what is left!! I don't complain and I don't push for more, but now I want to. The semester is over and it is almost summer!
