Guys I went to a party on Saturday night, but only had a couple drinks.
Also, I took precautions. I had a liter of water ready to drink when I got home, a protein shake, a banana, almonds, multivitamins, and a cup of cottage cheese ready for me before going to bed.
Even though I didn't drink that much, I actually had a much better time at the party. Rather than getting smashed, I focused more on the social aspect of it and practiced various DJ moves. I ended up having a much better time as well as a more productive Sunday.
