Yeah, my goal is to become like those guys on American Ninja Warrior.

-I set a new personal best in squats today 130 lbs, and this was after running my 5 miles so I definitely can do more next time.

-We had a career/college planning activity during school, and I could use some advisement. See, I am very creative, and enjoy creating art, music, and writing; so that kind of drives me towards a college of that variety. However, I also have a passion for the military and want to attend a military academy (West Point, the Citadel, etc.). The only thing is, I'm not quite sure if I'm ready to die for old 'Murica yet. I don't want to sound ****y, but I took the SAT back in 7th grade without any studying beforehand, zoned out for periods of time during the test cuz I didn't want to be there, and I scored an average score for high schoolers, so with some studying and effort, I'm sure I could get the score I need to get into the college of my choice. I know that they are two very different paths, which is why I am in a bit of a pickle.

Something to note about no-fap, after you get past a certain point (it was around Day 10 for me) and you feel the urge to fap, it is really easy to resist the urge by simply thinking "Do I really want to flush (X # of days) of hard work down the toilet just for a couple minutes of pleasure?". And after you realize that, you will REALLY get motivation to hit on girls, cuz that's the only way you're going to bust a nut. I agree with the whole sciencey part about your testosterone peaking at Day 7, cuz that's about what I felt, but the motivation I previously mentioned is enough to keep me abstaining for longer periods of time (I'm going for 90+ days) instead of just fapping once a week.

Alright I am a total hypocrite, I just busted a few minutes ago. I was home sick and bored as f*ck, but that's no excuse.

Planning to practice guitar later today. I had been feeling pretty down the past few days, but I was finally able to run today after being sick for 5+ days and I feel much better. Trying to hang out with this girl on Friday, but I think she may be bringing her cousin along? (Idk texts are confusing). Anyway mostly studying for exams these past few days. Tomorrow is the last one and I'm going to Six Flags afterwards, should be fun. Also, I bought condoms ;).

Alright I'm gonna update this, despite really wanting to indulge myself in a victim-mentality and quit. Ait here goes.

I am starting no-fap again after a period of really bad relapses.

I am going to be more consistent with my running, kind of f*cked around last week, only ran 5 days.

I am extremely angry and confused about what to do gym-wise. I don't remember when I last updated but, basically, my shoulder healed and I started working out again, then about last week my shoulder started popping loudly when I rotated it in various ways. I haven't lifted anything at all since Sunday and have been icing and taking aleve everyday. It doesn't hurt, but the popping worries me cuz it's so loud. Also, my parents and the Internet are proving to be very bad sources of advice which is pissing me off.

I ordered some gymnastic rings that should be coming in about a week, so I can do dips, inverted rows, and stuff at my house. When they come in I'm going to try to do a bodyweight only routine for a couple weeks and see if that helps.

So, on to girls. Practically, I've been flirting with some girls at my pool, however, I don't have any numbers yet so that's very low key. I was trying to meet up with this girl from my youth group a couple weeks ago, but that turned out to be a major frustration cuz her mom wouldn't drive her. I'm going to try to meet up with this girl from my school next week who can drive herself so that should be sweet. I still have to get one of my parents to drive me though. Haven't really had that dating conversation with my parents yet. I really wish I could drive, cuz they are going to think I'm "dating" anyone I meet up with, and I really am looking for more of o FwB type thing. I don't think my mom would approve of me seeing multiple girls at once.

I finished watching the Blueprint. I'm trying to figure out what type of advice I want to follow, the RSD type thing or Goodlookingloser. They are like polar opposites. I think I will try to take the best from both and do my own thing, cuz they both have their strengths and weaknesses.

I am trying to fill up my weeks with as much social activity as possible, so I'm always chilling with someone and rarely am sitting bored by myself at home. Normally, I hang at my pool in the summers, but both my brother and sister are working there this summer, and I don't want to go over there when they're there.

I have massive performance anxiety when around my family.

Also, my family is being a bunch a chodes about letting me learn to drive in one of their cars. I have only driven twice so far.

Happiness is a default state.
GOAL: Kiss a girl this summer.

Also there is this low key pool party at this guys house after Xcode practice on Friday that I'm debating going to. I would be the only sophomore there.


In all honesty, I just need to start taking some mutha fu king action

Woke up. Ran. Eat. Work out. Eat. Make art. Read. Play guitar. Stuff. Go to work. Ya. Party. Come home. Eat dinner. Having fulfilled all my tasks for the day I am left with some free time. Do I waste it? **** no! Txt multiple girls and friends to set up meet ups. Ones replying right now. Going to bed soon, but first I need to eat again in about 30 minutes.

How hard can you get hit and keep moving forward?

Update: Major success with one, massive failure with another, just goes to show you, not every woman will like you, so it's better to screen out those who aren't DTF.

Well. Today was crazy. I had a date with Emily at the mall. We went to a clothing store and immediately I isolated to a dressing room. She put up soo much ****ing resistance looking back on it it pisses me off that I wasted 2 hours trying to escalate with her. Eventually I tried to kiss her successfully, although being my first kiss, I had no ****ing idea what to do! It was so embarrassing and from there it was all downhill. She didn't know what I was supposed to do either. It ended very ugly with her storming out of the dressing room cuz I was trying to get her to give me a handjob. Holy **** was soooo scared walking out of there, felt like someone was gonna accuse me of rape. Overall, I guess I needed that experience to learn boundaries, and that I need to ****ing learn how to kiss!

Probably going to another mall with Ashley sometime next week, will try to do better. Game on bros.

If instead of running 5 miles every day, you ran HARD for 6 minutes once or twice a week, you will get far better results. 88% of all potential cardio results come in 6 minutes, 3 hours brings you an extra 3%.

60-80% of your gym results come from session 1. 80-90% from the first two. The last workout, if all are optimal and you recover well, will bring you another 15%. Screw that, I lift twice and do it right.

If you want to get really good at skill in music, you don't need to rest. Just pound the **** out of it for 2/3 months then maintain your skill. You will end up one of the best you know very, very quickly.

And on reputation, it sucks. I'm now a minor celebrity where I live. I know what it is like to have to watch what you do. So, be a nice person. No matter what you do, this will shine through. People forgive mistakes if you're a good person, so don't be afraid to make them.
