I cannot find a thread for the 3rd week of the bootcamp, so I have pasted Master of the universes thread from the archive for those doing the 2005 bootcamp to post their FRs into.

Alright... we're in our third week now!!!

After completing last week's lesson, you should now be much more comfortable speaking with strangers. This is a powerful skill that will serve you for years to come in many areas of your life. Now, let's take this skill to the next level...


Purpose of this lesson: At this point, we now have learned to maintain eye contact and greet and hold brief conversations with strangers.

Now, for this week, we are going to hold conversations with strangers, but this time the strangers will be women we would consider dating. This is the final step before we go for a number close, and by the time this week is over, we will be even closer to our goals!

Exercises

While last week we went out and spoke with ten strangers, male or female, young or old, this time our weekly exercise is to go and hold a short conversation (2 – 10 minute each in length) with women that you would normally be interested in dating.

Now, this may seem a little daunting for some people. But when you stop and think about it, there really is no difference between a drop-dead gorgeous babe and middle-aged guy, at least when it comes to holding a brief conversation.

To be successful, just keep everything in perspective... humans are humans. Do this and you won't have any more trouble with this lesson than you did with the one from last week.

Also, in addition to the reading material from this week, you might want to refresh on the reading material from last week since they will be just as useful.

After each conversation, write the results in your journal. After completing the assignment, report back to this message thread and share with us one or two of your encounters.

You have until this Sunday, May 12th, to finish this lesson. As well, keep on practicing the skills you learned in the previous two lessons, so that you don't lose them.

And don't forget the 3 second rule discussed in the previous lesson. You'll find that it will be ten time more powerful now, since it will force you to overcome the fear that often develops when you think too much about approaching an attractive girl. Here's a copy-and-paste of the 3 second rule from last week...

"Also, a tip that might help you with this lesson, and the next few lessons, is the 3 second rule (You can find it on ASF). What this means is that when you find someone you might be interested in approaching, don't give yourself more than 3 seconds from the moment you are able, to approach them. Anything longer than 3 seconds highly increases the chance that your nerves will work against you, and that you'll chicken out. Even if you have nothing planned to discuss with them, you'll find that you'll amazingly have something to say if you can only force your feet to propel you to the person."

Today was a very nice day, got first CONVO down.

I met this chick on the elevator:

Me: Hi, have you seen that rain last friday?
HB7: No, fortunately I was not here, I was traveling.
Me: Hey, how nice! You're very lucky, I heard there were some cars floating at some streets (hehe, nice lie), I almost had to buy a boat to get out my apartment.
HB7: (Laughs) Really, wow, where I was it as 40 degrees (Celsius)
Me: wow, that hot a person will melt, isn't it?. Where were you?
HB7: <<Name of the city>>. My parents have a farm there.
Me: wow, it's been nice to meet you, see ya
(and walked the other way)

Minutes after posting here in this thread (the one before TKay's post) I noticed my HB8 seatmate typing these smileys formations of some word. I then started my approach with these:

me pointing to her pc) "What is the word you are trying to form?
HB8: Daddy
HB8: because my dad is from Saudi and this is the only way I can get to communicate with him.
me: oh youre such a sweet girl (continues to read player guide on asf doesnt give a fvck if she sees it)
me: hey you said you have friendster right? What's your email ad?
Hb8: (gives her email ad)
me: so whats your name?
Hb8: Jam
me: (said nothing, but should have said nice meeting you jam! what an idiot of me)

I continue to read asf and she continues wiht her smileys thingy.


When she plans to go, I said "okay lets just chat on friendster"

today was a good day i got a good convo in with this really nice looken hb7 on the bus. I dont remember the whole convo but i started it out by when she was glancen at me.

Also today in school it was weird i got like in a ec hold. i glanced around and saw a girl in my class looken at me like hb8 from across the class. So i make ec with her for about 2-3 seconds and she didnt move her eyes then i gave a lil smile and moved my eyes away. Then i noticed she was looken at me more often , but im like should i keep maken ec or just play it out like i kinda notice her but try not to pay attention. cuz i wanted to talk to her but we are on completly diff sides of the room and when the class eneded shes rite at the door so she left. IM planning on making convo with her some time this week.

but besides that the convo on the bus was good 1 down!

I'm here sk, just a busy week, already. I have a picnic date with that girl I met at the Halloween party.

I'm going to have to try to get all my convos for this week in this weekend, though, because I don't have a lot of time. It will be a better weekend to go out though than last weekend.

Let's make it official. This thread, and commencement of week 3.

HOLY CRAP! I'M SOOO FUKKEN MAD!

Nah.. lol. Not abandonment but more like deprivation. I've just been net deprived for the past 3 days. Cool huh? sosuave is kinda like an addiction, I hated going thru Sat-Wed without it.

Anyway. I've finished week 2 and started up week 3 on my own accord. Best weekend ever. Me and Haz just went to town and yelled random crap at girls.

But while shopping in town (and paying for the net bill) today, I picked up some peacock items and thought I'ld just toss up some ideas for you fellow peacockers out there.

Grocery items:
- 1 pink striped tie. The pink will change colour depending on the angle you look at it. Purpley to pinky.
- 1 grandpa pant. Brown slacks with a criss-cross design, ala main dude from Jackass.
- 1 Black military button tee. Complete with funky print and army stripes on the shoulders.
- 1 huge a$$ sunnies, rockstar wannbe.

You can pick up this crap at any vintage clothing store but the pants were hard to find. Resorted to surf store for them. About AU$100 all up.

I had a convo with HB7 blonde at the surf store but won't be going back cos it's so friggin pricey. 1 interesting IOI was she asked me where I was gonna go with these funky pants. I should of said, "In your pants baybee" but I didn't wanna get slapped.

Now, what I intend to do with this new outfit is go out and randomly yell crap at girls because it was so much fun. And with a guitar pick in hand, ask some hot hot hunnies to join my rock band. Ooh, and the air guitar routine!! That or make bird calls to them:

Me: "My mating call." -Chessy smile-

Purely for entertainment purposes and to increase my 'don't give a foocuk' attitude, I don't think it has anything to do with week 3. But still I wanted to share with my bros.

Week 3, Tue.

I had 2 convo with 2 chicks, one of them was a HB8.5, she's mixed (asian and white) with very nice boobs. I tease her a bit and talk about her work etc. The other chick was plain but had some cuteness about her. She's definitely smarter than me, when I try and make fun of her, she has great comebacks for it and I am left defeated. It kinda turn me on with her. Intelligence in a girl is sexy to me. Imagine a HB10 with genius IQ, wow, my dream girl. LOL

So that's 2 convo, 8 more to go.


Edit: Went out again to grab something to eat at Denny's. Stroke up a convo with the waitress. Was a very good convo that lasted over 10 minutes. We joke about the city and how lame it is.

So now that's 3 convo down. 7 more to go!

3rd week wed,

So far up to today i have three conversations with three girls. there was one that i talked to that i looked familiar so i just told her do i know you from some where and we talked from there. I also to two other girls that i saw in the train. there one of of these girls that gave me ec the day before yesterday and then i said soemthing but she didn't hear me because she had her ipod on so i was like forget it. then i saw her again. so i go up to her and said wassup.so far i noticed some of the improvements but sometimes i would get ec from girls and i wouldn't approach because i don't want get up on the train or something. i think its because i still care about what people think, but im going to grab my balls and do it. HOw do you know when to # close or you just do it to all the girls?

He was chatting pretty good but i was jus stood there.

I didnt know her but couldnt think of anything to say as he was already chattin with her.

So i went on the slide instead (was at the swimmin baths)

hi guys - i have been down and out with the flu *again* thats the 2nd time in 3 weeks.

week 2 went well, maybe not as well as i would of liked. this week i found myself slipping because i felt so sh1t.

Week 3: Thursday

Well, I got one convo in so far--it's like I said, I've been extremely busy.

I went to Starbucks, and ordered a drink, and a hb came in. She was looking at the pastries, and when she was through, we made eye contact.

I did a quick gaze and saw that she had a wedding ring on, but I figured it was good practice, and yes, if it hadn't been for that, I would've been interested in dating her, so this one counts.

me & hb (at same time): Good morning
me: how are you doing this morning
hb: I'm doing okay
me: Yeah, me too, I'm very pumped this morning, and I don't know why
hb: Yeah, you're about to be more after your coffee
me: I just ordered tea

There was a little more to that, but I don't remember the specific details of the conversation--a bunch of blah--but I got one out of the way so far.

And, I have that picnic date today after work. I do like this girl, and she likes me, but neither of us has mentioned it, and I'm not going to--I'll let her bring that up--but it's obvious to both of us--even though I tried not to make it obvious.

Oh well--I told her to meet me at the park today and gave her the time, but that was all I told her--she doesn't really know why, because I didn't tell her what I was doing.

That wasn't really related, but I felt like sharing anyway.

Well all I can say is that I fuked up this week. The reason why is for one I didnt know what the fuk the assignment was. 2nd I didnt even know if there would be a week 3 posted untill today by the way its thursday. Anyways I havent had a convo with a hottie I would date this week yet. fuk I'll have to keep trying.
