It's the diet and the lack of walking. I've seen women from "skinny" countries come to the U.S. and BLOW UP after commuting from the suburbs 2 hours a day and porking out on big American meals.

Roughly half of all German women seem like warpigs and UGs. But the ones who are cute really get my juices flowin'. I miss that place.

About women being FAT...it blows my mind. I've read that the average American woman is now 5'4" and 164 lbs (BMI = 28.1) while the average man is 5'9.5" and 191 lbs (BMI = 27.8).

Also, I don't live that far away from you (I'm right in between Chicago and St. Louis, I'm a Central Illinoisan.) so I can definately relate to many women being FAT here. When people start school (I live in the same town as ISU), it's almost like they attach themselves to a pump hose.



Perhaps not all women love thin men, but one advantage is that I'm a thin man in a fat country, because it means that I've been able to do something most people here can't.

Every person has one thing or another that they find attractive about their partners, it may not make sense to you or me, but it's their thing. If you think every girl that doesn't make sense to you is retarded (which I'm sure happens a lot), you wont get far.

But anyway, my point was that the majority of the girls I know are not attracted to the bodybuilder look and prefer just guys who are cut and in shape, but not big. When I say normal, I mean the guy has a masculine shape with some mass, but you can't tell if he's cut and somewhat muscular, or if he's a bit on the soft/out of shape side. The guy could have a flat stomach, or a 6 pack, well developed pecs or a flat chest, well developed obliques or slight love handles, etc. It doesn't show through his clothes.

If you see most hockey players for example, they're not built like bodybuilders, but they're very muscular and cut. In clothes, they look normal. Are they thin? No.

I'm neither, I posted a link to my pic in this thread, and you can judge for yourself. The girls in question were just my roomates, and I had a gf at the time, so it's not like they were telling me that sh!t in order to seduce me or have me seduce them.

A lot of guys spends hours in the gym trying to get a perfect body because they're insecure. They don't think they can attract women with their GAME so they try to offset their lack of skill by pumping iron.

As long as you keep in shape and look athletic (i.e. you're not repulsing the women with your looks/body), then I think it's more important to focus on your inner game and pick-up skills.

The one thing I love about working out (cardio) is the endorphins it shoots through you afterwards. It gives you a natural high, gets you relaxed, pumps testerone into your body, and gets you ready to sarge.

However, I think it's more important for Asian guys to focus on mass building a bit more to counter the nerd stereotype a lot of us have to face.

I agree with MindOverMatter on this one. Chicks do like guys ripped but not huge. Your body does not have too be really really big, but it needs to have some kind of definition that enchance the average looks of a man.

Your muscles should give you an enhancment but not too much of it. I see plenty of guys who are 5'6 and have big muscles and walk around like popeye and basically look like a cartoon character (chicks tend to laugh on guys like that behind their back because they look like they are trying really hard maybe too hard) Basically build the body that is not too far from your original lean body type. If you are short guy, think Bruce Lee (enter the dragon), if you are a taller think Mark Welberg (Boogie Nights).

There is never really been a scientific study about what type of body women prefered on men because it is not as important for a men to have ripped body, but how men use whatever they got to obtain resources.

This is easy to understand. Hour glass shape = wide hips, large breasts. Both these features on a woman suggest fertility and good child bearing abilities. It is a primal instinct that men still have till this day. You'll usually hear a woman complaining about men being "shallow/superficial" because they're into breasts and that stuff. There are plenty of hot chicks that love this look. Just because these guys don't have the same type of physiques as male supermodels doesn't mean ****. Based on female supermodels the ideal way a female should look is like 5'10 in height. I hate girls this tall and know plenty of guys that feel the same way but apparently that is one of the qualities that a woman must have to be considered "ideal." Also it seems that if a woman has small breasts she should get implants. I hate implants and know plenty of guys that feel the same. What I'm saying is just because the media or whatever gives the idea that a certain look (muscular) isn't ideal doesn't mean that everybody feels the same way.

No matter what you look like there will always be girls that don't like the way you look. So build the body you want. If you like being skinny be skinny. If you like the athletic body then work for the athletic body. If you like the muscular body then work for that. There are plenty of women out there that will like whatever body you have but you can't satisfy them all.
