ricorico is a 14-year-old guy who just watched Rocky and needs to remind everyone how tough, cool and proud he is. he has yet to sensibly answer any question or present an argument, its just emotion-filled jibberish and petty insults.

No ricorico is simply doing what a real man would do.

OBVIOUSLY we would all like to see the situation resolved peacefully. OBVIOUSLY we would all like to help the weak and be crowned a hero.

The bottom line is that you have nothing to gain by jumping in. If I were there, I would have left quietly pretending I didn't notice (so his friends dont think Im going to call the cops and try to stop me), and perhaps called the cops anonymously if that's possible. If calling the cops would have made me required to stick around and identify him or something, I wouldn't have.

There's a difference between being cowardly and being smart. That's a situation you're REALLY likely to lose in. No matter what you do. The best thing to do is call the cops and not get involved. For reasons I outlined earlier.

Its not your fight. So why make it?

There are better reasons to fight, and undor better circumstances. You will be a dumbass if you jump into something like that when you have no idea what is going on.

I'm going to throw the last scanerio of why you guys(lookyoung, ricorico, hyde, etc) won't do what you state.

A. You're not going to bash someone over the back of the head. Why? Because it's a deadly blow. If you kill the guy, you're going to prison. You can't cry that he was attacking some b*tch. There's a thing in law called a measured response. So if someone pushes you, you can't take a gun and blow their head off. In the case of bashing someone over the back of the head with a chair, you'll get manslaughter or maybe even attempted murder.

B. The most likely of scenario will you going up to the guy and pushing him, getting in his face, offering a challenge. Now you've lost the first blow advantage, and you're basically at odds of 50/50 of being the winner.

C. You don't understand the dynamics of fighting. You both don't enter on the same terms. That's the sad part. You're at a disadvantage getting involved. Why? Because you've made a conscious choice on how far you're going to take it. You may want to beat him, maybe hurt him real bad, or just have him tap out or whatever. The guy doesn't enter this fight with those terms. If you're challenging someone, both of you have different dynamics. You're the one getting involved, so he'll definitely be looking at it differently. You'll most likely be looking to teach the guy a lesson. I wrote in an above post that I wouldn't hesitate to break lookyoung's arm if he attacked me. You know why? Because he'll attack me with a boundary of how far he'll take it, but for me, I don't know how far he'll take it, and I'll defend myself to how fast my adrenalin is pumping and how much danger I rule I'm in. I'm not going to go toe to toe, fist for fist in a fight with total stranger that attacks me, I'm going to deal blows that will knock out, break, shatter or even kill them. If I'm attacked, whether you(lookyoung) think you're right and I'm so wrong, I'm going to defend myself, and I won't hesitate to break any of your bones, gouge your eyes, rip your ears off. It's the real world, not high school kiddy fights.

If you want to be blind for the rest of your life, for a complete stranger, than do it. If you want to be in the hospital with a shattered leg, than do it. If you want to have a severe concussion, than do it.

Seriously, you guys need to grow up and see what the real world is about *cough * indifference * cough*. Your morals, your values, "being a big man" aren't going to save you.

I've graduated College already so I'm way past HS. I live in the real world. My father's motto was "A man will always be a coward and afraid to fight if he has'nt been in fight before". . Not only was I taught to fight. My father made sure I was'nt a p***Y and would kick my ass himself if I did'nt stand up for myself or someone in trouble.

I was also taught there is strength in unity.United we stand,divided we fall". I believe that the reason so many dictators and rebel groups take control and make some countries so miserable is because the MAJORITY of weak men stand by and watch it happen. So don't propose to know who I am unless you know me. Anyone who knows me knows I'm not afraid to get into a fight. I may get my ass kicked and have. But I sure as hell will make sure the other guy gets a dose of whatever I get to dish out.

Just curious, what is your definition of a fight? I have been in altercations where punches have been thrown, but none of them lasted longer than 25-30 seconds. Also, there was no blood, nor did I get beat up or beat anyone else up.

Besides, in America, the laws are such that if you lend a hand to someone in certain situations, you can end up getting a worse penalty than the culprit. I think it's great that you care so much to help people, but just be very careful.

I've been in a sitaution where some guy was beating the cr*p out of a chick. Literally, the chick was on the ground and this guy was going at it like it was no tomorrow. Since it was at night in the middle of a park, I was the only one around. So as the good samaritan I am, I jumped in and pulled the guy off the chick and threw him down on the grass.

I was going to make sure that the chick was ok, when she suddenly started screaming like a banshee and started throwing punches at me. The guy got off the grass and joined in. And before I knew it I was in a fight with the b!tch and her bf. Luckily some friends of mine came along and pulled me out of there.

Moral of the story. Don't play capt. save-a-hoe and jump head first into a fight without knowing what it's all about. I'm guessing that that b!tch was in an abisuve relationship and went after me because she was afraid of getting beaten up by her bf is she didn't. Go fvcking figure the logic in that.

It's a dog eat dog world out there. I would never jump into a fight over strangers. Family and good friends, yes. Some random b!tch getting beaten up, hell no.

I had to seriously come back and reply this because it has me laughing. In my whole life and with all the bar fights I've seen, I've never seen anyone use moves to make their opponent tap out lol. Seriously, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is ground fighting. Most people won't make a conscious choice to roll around on broken beer bottles with you. And still you have to manage to get in mount position before you're really in any position to inflict damage.
