Form is learned by doing lots of reps. But not lots of reps in a row. anyone knows technique goes wrong when doing +10 reps on any exercise.

If technique is the goal: 5 sets of 5 three times a week will do.

Btw, use your aggressiveness in the gym, not on this board. You're not gaining anything from it here.

Rows are superior to pull-ups/chin-ups. Don't drop the pull-ups/chin-ups. But row give better results.
