Form is learned by doing lots of reps. But not lots of reps in a row. anyone knows technique goes wrong when doing +10 reps on any exercise.Drum&Bass said:why should he be worried about adding weight when he doesn't even have the form down yet ???
If technique is the goal: 5 sets of 5 three times a week will do.
Btw, use your aggressiveness in the gym, not on this board. You're not gaining anything from it here.
