Falcon, being bi-polar isn't something you can "fix". You can go to counseling and take meds but its not going to just go away like its the flu.
And, as Crissco's response shows to say that is very offensive to those that suffer from bi-polar disorder. Same goes for people with clinical depression and anxiety disorders. Its akin to telling people to "fix" their diabetes.
I'd suggest in the future you take some time to learn about someone's disorder before suggesting they simply fix it.
Crissco, minus the manic highs I know it is. I suffer from depression and social anxiety disorder. I understand how bad those lows can be. If you have any interests in art, writing or any other ways of expressing yourself, try to do that when in your lows. I find some of my best photographs and writings come out when I'm down. Its also therapeutic.
