1. Squat 3 x 5
2. Overhead press 3 x 5
3. Power clean 5 x 3
4. Weighted dips 3 x 5
5. Weighted decline situps 3 x 5

The whole thing with warm ups, rest periods, etc took me 2 hours. I do take long rest periods though, up to 4 minutes for stuff like heavy squats.
hell i typically work out something like that but with 2x5s (one less set) BUT i'm warming up like this:

http://www.ironaddicts.com/Warm-ups.html

for the squats & deads in particular, it takes a very long time to work up to workset weight.

i agree with whoever said you're fine as long as you're not actually hungry while still working out (d&b did i just agree with you again?)

so to clarify, MM, are you including warmups in those sets or are they separate?

Alright, I'm chewing my way into this workout. Just read it over again and I don't see any deadlifts scheduled at all.

There a reason for neglecting it?

I'm probably going to avoid heavy deadlifts for another month or so, so it's not much of a concern to me, yet I'd like to know the logic behind it.
Because there's stiff-leg deadlifts in there already. Try them off a 2 plate per foot platform for greater ROM and stretch on hamstrings.
