hell i typically work out something like that but with 2x5s (one less set) BUT i'm warming up like this:Kerpal said:1. Squat 3 x 5

The whole thing with warm ups, rest periods, etc took me 2 hours. I do take long rest periods though, up to 4 minutes for stuff like heavy squats.

for the squats & deads in particular, it takes a very long time to work up to workset weight.
