Some info:
6'4" 337 pounds
Ive was lifting and trying to lose the fat before my ankle broke playing football.
I will be doing a keto diet, and also using FitDay to track what im eating, 30g carb limit

All workouts are 3 sets 5 reps (it was supposed to be 6 reps but I messed up, no big deal though)
Bench Press - 160lbs
Bent over row -135lbs (form is all over the place with this, will transition to dumbbell rows on a bench)
Bent over rope tricep extension - 57.5lbs (http://www.criticalbench.com/exercises/pics/overhead-cable-extension1.jpg)
Ab work - 3x10
Yeah thats pretty much where im starting right now, props to Quag for the exercises and everyone who helped in my previous thread
