Apathy towards girls

The better looking the woman the more attention she gets. The more attention she gets the less she needs to improve herself. Its why the really good looking women are often the most boring. I have kinda resigned myself to the fact that when it comes to the majority of women, dating them is no different to entertaining a child.

lol, so true. When I'm trying to get into a girls pants I have to get in this mode that allows me to entertain them (meaning actually listen and process what they're saying) so I can get what I want out of it, but when I reflect on it, it seems so forced because I know I genuinely have no interest in most of what they talk about.

People take offense to this and call it misogyny, but it truly isn't. Men and women are just different and because women aren't the ones out here pursuing men we have to take necessary actions to gain their interest long enough to get what we want out of the relationship, whatever type it may be.

Some guys are lucky and can find enjoyment in this process, and I do sometimes, but not too often.

I was just out with two guys.

One of the guys i spent most of the night arguing with him about basic facts of health, endurance, lifting, and basic health. I try talking to him but he has no basic understanding of statistics.

He also doesn't believe in evolution.

I'm not sure if men are really anymore interesting than women regarding their ignorance of the world. If i'm stupid about something i just admit that i haven't looked that deeply into the subject. Everyone else just seems to pretend they know everything or actually think they know everything even though the very basis of their logic is tragically flawed.

I think you are making some MASSIVE generalizations. I meet plenty of women who are intelligent: in college, or out of college. We can talk about spirituality, food, health, there's a lot of sh1t you can have in common. It may very well mean YOU are not sophisticated or cultivated enough for them! Shudder at the thought!

Where are you meeting your women anyway? At the jersey turnpike? Go to a local college or university, or bookstore, or gym with a yoga or rockclimbing class. You are just making excuses!

Massive generalisations? Of course I am. One needs to generalise when discussing something as broad as this. I never said that ALL women are the same. I said that the better looking the women the less they seem to offer conversation wise. Its a general trait and therefore a general statement.

Put my post into perspective. Can you honestly tell me that you can have a detailed conversation on a date about anything really meaningful? Politics, economics, social issues? Anything? Of course not. It makes you come across as a serious bore who cant make her giggle all night long. There is no emotion in analytical conversation and if there is no emotion how do you build attraction?

Sorry mate. If you honestly think that an attractive woman wants to listen to your views on the war in Iraq or the human rights issues in China when you are on a date then you are probably the only person on this board who is more helpless with women then I am. Not saying they are all like that, but a large percentage are.

I understand where the OP is coming from because I feel much the same way at times. It feels like you are going through the motions.

But seriously? Conversations about food, spirituality or health? Holy ****. I cook in bulk without spices and I play contact sports. I have interests in history, economics and politics. Yoga? Who does Yoga unless they are castrated? Find me a girl who looks like Jessica Alba, has a subscription to Forbes and Time magazine and likes to watch me play rugby and Ill marry her. I wont even try and **** her best friend. Promise.

The difference is that you wont bother having a beer with that chap again unless he has tagged along with someone else.

Now if it was a bird you were trying to knob you would be way more tolerant because you are looking to score.

At least I would be.
