What I observe in nature and in most human behavior is playing the numbers game. This is evident in cheating, divorce, and the like. While there might be some human constructs such as monogamy, those are hardly the norm and represent a small outlier from average
I will agree that monogamy is a human construct if you will agree that two gibbons living together in monogamy is a gibbon construct. :)

I am not trying to claim that the majority of humans are monogamist (and I'm not trying to bring morals into this either). Maybe only 10-20% of humans are monogamist, I have no idea. A small percentage of people have red hair, but that doesn't make it unnatural. A dam may be a construct of ******s, but again that doesn't make it unnatural.

I think there is a drive for males to bond to a woman for a particular amount of time, especially if there are children involved. Maybe not every guy will do this, maybe most will be out spreading their seed, again I have no idea. Look at all the guys who come on this board with oneitis, where does the oneitis come from? The emotions involved are so strong and primal, I don't believe for a minute that it all comes from lies from the media and the feminist movement. Rather, it must come from some natural drive.

I've had the opportunity to be a man through the 20's and
30s, and I assure you "normal" is to think about and want sex pretty much all the time. I exercise almost every day, and my vitals are all normal.
I've also been a guy in my 20's and 30's and I agree with you. In fact, the sex drive is so strong in young males I don't believe they even have to be in particularly good shape for them to still have that drive.

I'm not saying most cheaters aren't healthy, I have no idea. But I was surprised to see that when I looked around at the guys who were getting the most @ss around me, these weren't the guys in the best of shape. Meaning, the guys who were taking care of their body the most, weren't the same group of guys who were chasing the most tail. It was a different group of guys. They weren't in the worst shape either, more like somewhere in between.

Now this may just be an anomaly that it occurring around me. But it somewhat surprised me, so I brought it up.
