Here's a real way to get rich quick aquitas. Forget what all the negative posters had to say. You might have or have not heard of it yet but it's 100% legit. All it requires is patience and a positive attitude. Go to a location where it usually rains. I know what you're thinking " How in the hell is this going to make me richer?... here's where the fortune comes, after the rain there will be a rainbow. If your lucky it will be really bright, you are to go to the otherside of the rainbow and PRESTO! You'll increase your income by 500%! There will be gold waiting for you there and if you're lucky, you'll get "insider tips" from the little man in the green suit.:) hope this helps

"My name... is Kitten, I.. I am pleased to stand at this podium with Sifer, the man who introduced me to Amway!

Years ago... when we met... me and my husband met Sifer on the train when Sifer was smiling at me, my husband wasn't too happy.

Sifer was approached, my husband Gio asked "what are you looking at her for?"

Sifer simply said, "oh nothing, not trying to start any.. merde... with you."

Gio says.. "well, stop staring."

Sifer after snickering, replied "I will, but before I do...."

That was when I realized how my life changed. Today, I stand making $1092.75 a hour selling Amway and its glorious products with my husband.

I would like to say, thank you Sifer and everybody else who helped me out."

Yep. Amway/quixtar encourages people to max out their cards and buy expensive suits, jewelry, cars, and other liability items just so they can look rich at those meetings.

If you look at their cashflow instead of their appearance, it is apparent that while many of these people own mercedes/BMW series, they can barely afford to put gas in it, and they are on the edge of absolute ruin.

I was just thinking, since Amway products don't exactly have a positive reputation with potential customers, wouldn't you make much more money starting a business and selling your own products?

1. where are you going to get the products?

2. Can you beat Wal-mart's prices* and still make a profit?

*=Including shipping? Chances are, you're not going to stock all of the products yourself, so people are going to need it delivered. Can you pay for that and still make a profit?

If you have a supplier and can beat Wal-mart, GO FOR IT! If not, then don't.

The question was, would you make more money than Amway. Selling Amway, on a good day, is like if you bought stuff from a guy who bought his stuff from Walmart and then you tried to sell it for a profit. Except the stuff you were selling cost way more than the Walmart stuff does, and you have to pay profits to people above you, and the stuff your selling is worse quality than Walmart merchandise.

You guys mentioned that they get paid to lie etc.... but then are all these people practically LIVING A LIE? And what about my friend that I go to college with that after a month or 2 was making $300 - $350 for hardly doing any work at all?

I bought 2 of Amway’s products for myself yesterday, and they seem to be as good as they say they are. I don’t know if the results are as good yet because i have only used it once or twice, but I'll let u know.

Amway might be a scam, it might not, but as far as I can see, its not a scam, and until something happens to prove otherwise, I am going to stay with them and see where things go... and remember, its not going to "be my life: kinda thing, just a side thing.

I am NOT going to count on it working NEARLY as much as I DID, but hey, I have nothing to lose by trying.. its not like I am giving up my life for it, its a side thing that i will just do on the odd occasion when I have the time to do it, and if something comes out of it, then great, if not (probable according to you), then so be it, at least I tried

A lot of "success systems" hire actors to play "success stories."
The deception even extends to renting out yachts, fancy homes and exotic cars to film the commercials with.

Dropshippers, small manufacturers, overseas outsourcing, etc. It is a little more risky than Amway, but it is also much more profitable. AND you get to be in control. Also, shipping can be a lot more cheaper than you think - many post offices/couriers offer special packages for large deliveries.

MLMs can't beat Walmart's prices either. They have to claim their products are "more concentrated" in order to justify their expensive prices.

Yeah business is a bit more risky than MLMs, but at the end of the day, YOU own it. When the brand goes up in value, its your money. But with MLMs, you're literally promoting their brand for free. You might's well become a salesman, at least you get a base salary with your commission.

I saw something funny the other day. You know how tobacco companies have moved into the far east and third world to promote their 'products'?

I was watching a thing on China and in BIG neon lights was an AMWAY sign. Now I guess if you were smart and spoke Chinese you would have signed up a couple of years ago.;)

I think it's important to give this some balance because to put people straight I think you have to not go over the top with wrong statements.

For example, Amway never get people to max out credit cards, to look flash, in fact they were very keen to promote 'delayed gratification' wonder why ;) The only thing they push on is functions and tapes, not flash cars or suits etc.

Are these guys fed scripts? don't think so, are they believing their own lies? Yes I think it's self deception. Are there people who got in only 2 yrs ago and are doing better than an average salary today? I'm sure there is and they will be wheeled out at every opportunity.

The really compelling thing about it, is it's not a 'scam' it does work, BUT I think anyone who succeeds could do a damn site better running their own business or setting up a pukka franchise.

Yes, it does work.. but why not to question how it works?
After you called all your relative\friends and figure out no one wants to buy that stuff_constantly_, you are told to go out and CA in order to sign up people.
It is not about business and not abotu websites...not even about products. It is about how much time you will spend doing CA..

Can anyone here seriosuly think he can go out and by doing lots of CA sign up enough people in order to get rich?
Probably, if you do it next 100-200 years every day, sure...

First off, I would say don't do Amway, your probablity of success is close to zero.

However my point is there are people in the world who will join and will do it. Your point is valid for us mere mortals, but lets just say for aguements sake someone kidknapped Donald Trump's children, he was told if he made Amway a success he would get his kids back in one piece. Would someone like Donald Trump sign up 6 legs and follow them through? Sure he would.

It's more to do with probability than in works/it doesn't work. Let's face it most of the people who set up any business will fail, that's a fact.

Gio, have I told you how much I loved you lately :flowers:

Gio isn't lying to you, he's not trying to be hard on you. I have first hand experience with family members who have done amway for years and it is complete garbage.

I know you're already convinced you're right so it's pointless to try and argue with you. But remember, the higher you get the harder you fall.

There is way that Gio can forward his message to me that is acceptable, and there is the way that isnt... He told me in the way that isn't acceptable.

And yes, I know that this DOES have a chance of being a scam, but thats why I'm not planning on "investing" my time or money into this more that i need to in order to be able to see if this really IS a scam or not.

This reminds me of when my mom warned me and my older brother not to touch the pots on the stove. I was the smart one, my brother has always been a complete moron and he suffered 3rd degree burns after getting a firm grim on a saucepan.

Wise people learn from other's mistakes. Others are not so bright and must get burned on their own.

But whatever man...its your money (not for long though :p )

Why was it unacceptable? Because you wanted to get only acceptable messages from people who would say you are doing good, and amway is a right thing to do?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
