She wasn't rude until bb made fun of her. She did show she was a low life when she starting making the situation physical, but before that, it just seemed like she was making conversation. If bb told her she didn't want to answer the question and she kept bugging her, then I would consider his action justified.

We really don't know if she didn't know he was intensionally ignoring him. Even so, all he had to do is tell her he didn't want to be involved first. If she kept pushing it, then bb's actions would be legit. From how she reacted, that probably would've been the case, but there was no way to tell that before she did that.

let me rephrase iwth more detail. i was getting out my debit card in line, pretending to be busy so she would not even think of talking to me... in hindsit i think she was making a sorry ass attempt to flirt with me, but she went the WRONG way about it. There were some people behind her, the 3 cashiers around us and the guy in front of us.. all in all about 9 or 10 people. And then she says "what do you think, there is nothing wrong with dating big girls like me is there"

so I pretend I don't think she is talking to me.. after about 15 seconds and her friends whispering something to her... all i heard was mumbling.. they she says " i KNOW you hear me talking to you" and at the same time pushes me in the back.. not hard hard but hard enough to piss me off.

At that point I was pissed enough to where I told her exactly was on my mind. if she didn't want to hear it, she shouldn't' have provoked me.

THEN, in her tirade, she pushed me HARD this time, and if I had not stepped back and took a deep breath I would have cracked her right then and there, but she's a woman and i"m a guy, and the law always sides with the woman, plus, it wouldn't' have been right anyway
