Allen, please remove my advice posts from the DJ Bible

I vehemently oppose censorship. I do not want my advice associated with any site that routinely deletes threads, posts and locks threads without just cause.

I'm sorry, but the policy of refusing people the right to have polite and friendly conversation on the Photo thread is idiotic. Stifling conversation is the equivalent of breeding stagnation. When a forum becomes stagnant, it dies.

Locking a thread because there is a similar thread that doesn't even show up to those with default forum preferences is stupid.

Alienating forum and site contributors by needless censoring discourages them from making the effort to contribute.

It is really sad to come back here and be a witness to what is happening. I have also noticed that most of the regulars who were loyal members are no longer posting. Frankly, I can see why.

When I joined this site it was NOT forum policy to moderate in the fashion you choose to moderate. In fact, I don't EVER recall ANY moderator behaving so damn badly on ANY site.

It's obvious that MANY people take issue with your trigger happy delete/lock finger. And there you sit, all smug, thinking the little bit of power you have been entrusted to gives you bigger balls and makes you automatically right. The fact of the matter is...you are NOT right. How can it be that so many members of this site can be wrong in order for you to be right? Because you have a title you aren't mature or impartial enough to handle under your name? I think NOT.

I will give Allen an opportunity to check in and hopefully deal with this matter appropriately before I insist on my posts from the Bible being deleted. I have enough respect for him and this site to give him a chance to communicate in an adult fashion without deleting posts prematurely. That, Eternal, is a lesson you could stand to learn...

Guys. It's just the internet. So they locked/deleted a thread. Big deal. I belong to another forum that doesn't have moderators and it's a lot more annoying.

Not to ass-kiss, but the moderators have done more good for me in the past than bad (ex. when some **** posted pics of me, they deleted it for me... or when someone was making really horrible racist/anti-semitic remarks they stopped him).

I haven't been frequenting as much as usual, so I can't say it hasn't gotten out of hand... BUT... it's not gonna keep me up at night.

Gio...the photo thread is not the only thread where posts of mine have been deleted. There has been at least one deleted from this forum as well.

It takes A LOT to pi$$ me off...and I am furious. You know full well that I don't pull any punches...and am very blunt.

The censorships has gotten ridiculous. I have no problem with deleting flame posts insulting the appearance of a forum member. Ban the idiots who do that, but Christ Almighty, don't make the whole damn community pay for what a few little boys do. Better yet...let me deal with them.

this is an internet forum! just get the information you need, and forget aobut the crap on here! this is not your life you cna get the info you need and then go back ot the real world.

so everyone can just stop making a fuss about the problems because it really does not matter.

yeh i have defintly realised there are problems on the site and all these flames

(mostly caused by the moderators )

but you know what, it does not bother me 1 bit because this is an internet forum and after looking at it for a while i just return to my real life.

I am not mad about you defending Vincent. I'm not even mad at Vincent for Christ Sakes...at least he is willing to consider that he may have deleted unfairly.

The quickest way to get on my bad side is to delete something I write. I explained why I'm angry. I was the one that started the original thread, which had NO problems on it. Since it was I who envisioned the first thread, and the other one is a year and half old with photos of people who aren't even here anymore and was buried on page 6...my thread never should have been deleted.

Furthermore...if any bonehead were to start attacking anyone's looks on that thread I would have torn them a new arsehole.

Deleting the posts I made to answer comments made to me on the other thread just added fuel to the fire.

Don't even try to make this about Vincent because he has nothing to do with me being irked.
