I want to gain 5-10 lbs of Muscle in 2 Weeks!
I am on spring break, so I'll have pretty much the whole two weeks available to reach my goal.
I am 6'1" and 165 lbs.
I want to get a more powerful, stronger, and faster body.
I want to have powerful muslces, an explosive acceleration (running), lightning quick movements, and a fast top speed (running).
How can I achieve my goal?
