Here's what I did last summer, with a good rate of success. Take your sun tan lotion, and approach her, holding the lotion, ask if she "needs help" if she says yes, your in, if she says no, follow up with, "Oh, well i do." and smile. Worked for me.

For example:I moved to Chadron(town) from Colorado to go to school.
1.Chadron
2.Colorado
3.School
Now that you have the nouns, use them. How do you like Chadron? How was Colorado? Do you miss...
Think about it. If a girl holds two arms open and smiles when offering it, she means it. If she does a "hug and run" as I like to call it, sorta pattin you on the back with 1 arm and then its over, she probably didn't mean it and did it to be nice.
