    Rant: Vehicle Prejudice

I LOVE extreme vehicles, specifically exotic sportscars and bada$$ trucks and jeeps.... Yet I constantly read cynical comments regarding men indulging in their car passions as "compensating" or "midlife crisis mode" Why does this prejudice exist? Is it simply misdirected jealousy because the...

If white males see themselves as superior to women and other races.

It is not a feeling of being threatened, rather it is being astute enough to recognize the negative, subtle ways White males are portrayed in Western media outlets. We have been raised to believe that negative racial stereotyping is wrong, but it is practiced on a daily basis on young males who...

    40 - single/celibate for two years - no confidence - what now?

Let's get one thing straight....I'm posting here to help the OP....I feel for the guy and I want to help him feel better..... I'll start with the James Bond issue. I'm not suggesting that the OP walk into a nightclub wearing a tux and ordering a Vodka martini My "blueprint" for a man...

    40 - single/celibate for two years - no confidence - what now?

I did (read your opening post). That's why I'm posting. Yes, JB is a fictional character, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he's a good blueprint for a man's character. Inspiration can be found in any form, fictional or not.

    40 - single/celibate for two years - no confidence - what now?

Dude, you're a Brit right? ...Would James Bond subscribe to these thoughts? You are defining a terrible putting the pzzy on the pedestal mentality. Go watch "Dr No" and grow a pair.......... This is a low confidence phase that will go away.... You'll be fine

    40 - single/celibate for two years - no confidence - what now?

The OP is only 40.........I highly doubt he's suffering from low T. Life is constantly a series of ups and downs. Sometimes the down parts, through a series of circumstances, are more intense than others.

    40 - single/celibate for two years - no confidence - what now?

C'mon dude, self improvement should always be an objective whether a chick's involved or not.......and a guy shouldn't uproot his life just to move to a place based on its quality of females......(unless he wants to go on a year long bender of screwing scores of babes....haha)

Tried out a Taekwondo place and got prices last week.....

Yeah dude, that family rate ($350 per month) is the highest I've ever seen....place kinda sounds like a McDojo... Have you checked into a traditional boxing gym? Back in the day, you couldn't find them ....they weren't even in the Yellow pages...Now they're all over the net.....some of them...

    Number Closed a Japanese Woman

If you go out, be intersted in her culture/country if you want, but DON'T give off any kind of vibe that you're seeing her as a Japanese woman as opposed to a "regular" woman............Don't dwell on her ethnicity too much.

The UFC's future in MMA ?

Do you guys think that it will continue to be the top league for MMA? Will Bellator overtake it in the future? I saw this thing on TV over the weekend called "The World Series of Fighting" that looked pretty good....... It seems that boxing is starting to gain more of a fanbase again, and...

    Bill Cosby [merged]

What in the hell is going on........? When I was a kid I enjoyed watching Fat Albert and his show where he was a high school coach. His standup routines were hilarious w/out resorting to profanity to get laughs. His 80's show was sometimes funny, although looking at it now in...

Motorcycle is already working for me

A Bike is a very personal thing......What chicks like should be far outweighed by what YOU like. I considered getting a Harley because of its safety factor (loud so people in cars can hear you) and also the "bad boy" vibe.....But, y'know, I just couldn't see myself as a Harley guy, so I got a...

I was possibly wrong about foreign women, but it may just be the one I chose.

I remember you said your wife was Taiwanese..........Last time I was in Taiwan, the stores were selling lots of Orioles gear cause one of their pitchers was from Taiwan (Can't remember his name)

Running vs. Sprinting for general weight loss?

The only answer I can offer is that this type of hunting still occurs today in parts of Southern Africa where the prey is antelope and the terrain is flat and covered with shrubs.... Regarding sprinting used by early man in hunting.........I don't possess enough info..........

    "Maxing Out Looks"

If you're implying that teebear is a female trolling the forum, I don't get that vibe at all from reading his (her?) posts

    "Maxing Out Looks"

Why the hostility? The guy took the time to address your question in an inoffensive way. If your attitude is that plastic surgery is a feminine move, then go ahead and state that......This thread's discussion concerns the struggle between physical self improvement vs. masculinity....it should be...

    "Maxing Out Looks"

Excellent topic because it brings up the issue regarding the difference between "maxing out your looks" as you say, and turning into a Girly man... I think that there's still some intellectual residue hanging around PUA forums because of those parts in Neil Strauss's "The Game" where he...

    Question On What's Going On

Not to steer this informative thread off on a tangent, but you mentioned something that made me curious When you said that women were checking you out when you were at 155 lbs, was that fully dressed, or walking around in a swimsuit....? 6'2", 155 is VERY lean (I'm assuming you were built...

Dancing when life is rock bottom

I agree..........Some regrets I have in life are when I was going through a tough time and I shared too much with other people. I guess this is part of being a human with emotions, but the bottom line is that the bad times passed, but the impression I left as a wuss stayed forever...........
