Do relationship things, like a date, and generally get closer. Screw mentioning exclusiveness, it'll either come because she'll grow closer to you, or she won't want it for whatever her reasons are. Just don't get burnt, and don't unnecessarilly hook yourself into thinking things are exclusive...
