i'm 18 and i can see hair on my chin the day after i shave it and it takes me around 5 days to grow out a goatee... also my upperlip's hair grows at that fast pace... though i've never had to shave my sideburns since they don't grow... and also there's a lot of hair on my chin but it doesn't go...
