how do i become a leader

I think one of the important steps to becoming more alpha and a better DJ (as well as getting more social proof) is to become dominant even among your guy friends. Right now I have a group of friends but I am not the person that they usually go after first to talk to, you know what I mean? Also when I'm walking around with them in the halls, I want to be the one that decides which way we go... but I usually just end up following the group/the person that I am with. This makes me feel really... submissive but I don't know how to become the type of person that everyone follows. Also how do you make people respect you so that they will be afraid to diss you? some people also don't respect me and they will diss me for no reason and even though i know i shouldn't, my natural reaction is just to laugh it off. so how do you become more dominant among your guy friends and make people afraid to disrespect you?

Other then that...I dunno. I don't have a group...I have friends...some know each other...and I'm a rather commanding person when I have to decide on things..meh

Make an effort to be a leader. Don't wait for it to happen, they're not just one day decide lets make tawian kid in charge.

Observe the learders, and the try to imitate them. Led the convo, by talking and asking the questions (the most involved). As your talking go where you want and they will follow. They won't if your listening to someone talk and you try to lead.

You know what you want to be, so act like what you want to be, and you will be what you want to be.

when somebody disses me, i usually put up an overly serious face and i push them away or punch their arm playfully but pretty hard, saying "the fùck you said man?" with a nigga voice...

this lets them know that i didn't feel insulted by their words since i'm just joking, but the pain teaches them not to diss me more often than i diss them

and i always walk ahead of the pack like a leader, and give simples instructions such as: "Left." for example, and we go left

or "Slow down." if i feel we're going too fast

or "Stop." and i stop to tie my shoelace, or ill say "Hold This." and hand them a bag to hold

and they do it all the time, like 3-4 blokes older and bigger than me, and they do it. this doesn't mean that i'm an alpha male, it just means that we're all very good mates, and they know its just my way of saying things, and they jsut do it, possibly because im way more intelligent than all of them.

once when i was with 2 mates, a couple of girls came up to me and introduced themselves, even though my mates were standing rite next to me

I keep em in line by dissing em right back, but twice as hard.

Never let anything go without immediate consequence.

They see me do **** that they don't have the balls to do. The most capable leads.

Be the kind of person you would follow.

Don't treat people like your *****es, no one respects that. If anything give them help, and encouragement, that is what leaders do, they inspire.

Get people addicted to you, this goes for guys and girls, make them feel great, and get them hooked, then dish out little amounts of that feeling to keep people hooked in.
