What type of advice are you looking for? If it is just cookie cutter allocations, which 90 percent plus of "professionals" will give, do a little leg work yourself and avoid the fee's that will massively handicap your performance long term.
Just something to keep in mind. To really make something like this work and worthwhile you need to be committed to 5+ locations where you can afford an operations management team, achieve some economies of scale and do not have to do that day to day work yourself. If only doing 1 or 2 locations...
