I've been doing it for 12 months.. so there's a bit of dedication there. :) I mean 220 to 175? Not bad at all, really. I quit smoking, eating right, etc. Trust and believe me when I say to you, this didn't happen over nite. ;) Bulk up? ...really? I spent all this time trying to lose this...

Bags, dark circles... I got em. They are more dark circles really. They look like I've been up all night. Whatever they are.. they suck.

I can't seem to rid myself of this problem. Is there a cream, or something for it? I am drinking more water, and trying to get more sleep.... trying to get more sleep. What's a good sleep remedy? I'd love to crash for 12 hours if possible.
