Too many damn videogames.

I'm 21 and really wanting a bike. However, all these stories of bike accidents and how most of the accidents are not your fault but from retarded drivers keep giving me second thoughts. I know life needs risks...but is this a risk i can do without? ... Anyway, heaps of info in this thread...
