Renting is now cheaper than owning in all of America’s 50 biggest metro areas

Actually, the idea of housing inflation - if it truly is happening - allows for a small downpayment to leverage an asset that increasing in value, and thus the mortgage interest rate is actually a *real* interest rate of the nominal rate minus the inflation rate, and could very well be a very...

Renting is now cheaper than owning in all of America’s 50 biggest metro areas

Yes, if the rent is cheaper than the interest component of a mortgage (i.e., the principle part of the payment is actually like savings here), and that difference is put into a (tax-advantaged) retirement account, then renting could very well be the canny financial move.

Renting is now cheaper than owning in all of America’s 50 biggest metro areas

I think folks have the take the attitude that they should buy a house in a very cheap locale (they are all over the place in old industrial towns), and either work online or take a suitably well-paying temporary job in another town, only renting month-to-month, and perhaps only renting a room...

Actually, it could makes sense for anyone with cash - but yes, very little sense for anyone taking a mortgage. BTW, when I bought my first house in 1990, I was overjoyed that the 15-year interest rate had recently dropped to 9%:eek::eek: (I refinanced down to 5.25% in the midst of the...

Renting is now cheaper than owning in all of America’s 50 biggest metro areas

This is because the rental market is much more sensitive and dynamic to housing demand. And indeed, folks that had overpaid for the property and don't (can't?) sell at a loss need to get something out of their ownership (while they wait for demand to go back up) are putting those houses into...

Picky chick says, "I don't like anything about any of the people I'm meeting, or talking to, or going on dates with"

I am not a BaldCel - in fact, my shock of hair in front is sufficiently furry that women that dig me like to run their fingers through it. But yes, if I were a BaldCel, it would most definitely be OVER for me - when would it NOT be OVER for ShortBaldCels? Shaving my hair would be a...

    Why I hate online dating

That wouldn't make her weird - she could just be a "late bloomer". Whatever the case, the right time for a woman is when she is both childless and ready to have sex. For some gals - like the "Cash Me" chick - it happens precociously at age 13, while for others it might not happen until 30...

You have to be solid Chad-tier (9/10) to even consider it. Oh, and a lot of your customers will be hung.

Need your advice on how to handle this situation

I'd accept and see if her attitude gets better with time. That said, there is a high probability that she is a loony. EDIT: I've just remembered that all the women that agree to see me more than once are loony.

Have you noticed that it's mostly "leftover" women and single mommies that no longer want to be "strong/independent", but instead have a "soft life"?

I've been noticing a lot of video clips with women like this. This one is especially a classic!

How to REKINDLE a relationship after overstepping boundaries?

But she doesn't want you. That's it (or like my favorite black-pill character would say, "C'est ainsi"); that's all that matters. She could have the greatest personality in the world, but if she doesn't want your seed, it's OVER for you.

How to REKINDLE a relationship after overstepping boundaries?

Having no options in any important sphere of life - good job, good woman, affordable house - is akin to being a slave.
