Thanks for the advice guys. Like h2o said sometimes I do get a little too hung up on one chick, got to remember there are loads more out there. I do have other prospects out there though so its not like a oneisits type of thing.
I'm just trying to gague the proper time frames for # closing...
What would constitute a pro/fat meal? What I mean is what are some examples of that I could try.
Also what I still don't understand is if what you eat doesn't put on fat then where do the calories go? I thought ultimatly you just need a calorie deficit at the end of the day to lose weight...
So you guys think I need to go there a few more times or just try to # close next time.
The trouble is that I don't need these supplies too often but I guess I could make some excuse to go there.
I'm 32 and just got OUT of marriage and back into dating. And I have no prob going after younger girls (early 20's). I still look pretty young so that helps.
That's a good point about how rude people set up cashiers to be more friendly to nicer customers. In my case she wasn't so much nice as she just gave me back really good sexy EC. I guess I'll find out when I see her next.
I get the same thing and like you I'm not that good with BS talk. I realize though you you do have to suck it up and learn how to, its just a social skill needed if you want success.
I'm right there with you man, although I don't always stay up at nite I do think way too much. What happens is then when I do talk to the girl I've worked myself up so much that I mess up. If I could just act my natural self I'd be fine. But by thinking about what I'm going to say I put too...
True to a point but they don't have to be nice to the point that this chick was. Hell cashiers can be pretty blase' if they want to and just give you no time of day. I think there is a difference between "nice" and "i like you" type looks. Way I figure is the worst thing that can happen is...
I've been practicing my DJ skills on cashiers recently. One thing that throws me a bit though is the fact that you have such limited time. I feel like the 30 sec to a minute you are around them is too short for a # close but maybe I'm wrong.
I met this HB7.5 at Office Max today and gave her...
I know Lyle and most of the people there at MWF are pretty serious about weights (that's what the group is there for) and bodybuilding. In fact they're are serious to the point of almost sounding a bit elitist at times and make fun of the so called gym bunny (although many niche newsgroups are...
Interesting, how is keto bad for losing bodyfat? And what exactly do classify as a bodybuilder? I'll probably never use a keto diet but I'm just curious as to its disadvantages.
The keto diet is for cutting not bodybuilding. And that wasnt the point me showing these threads (as far as ketogenics) but instead what he's about the science behind the idea that going to a "fat burning zone" has no net effect on losing fat because the body compensates.
hey thanks for posting this. im about to enter a cutting stage for the first time in 2 years and then plan to bulk up for the first time. your story shows how the mental side is just as important in some ways as the physical and deffinatly gives me more inspiration.
one question though you...
I found this site:
http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.html
Seems pretty good but then I found another site that gave me a lower BMR.
The one above though takes in consideration your activity so maybe thats why.
Found this one too...
I'll have to look around. A lot of what I learned was a few years ago over at misc.fitness.weights. There's a guy named Lyle Mcdonald that has written books about ketogenic's who posts a lot of good stuff.
I don't have any scientific links but here's a sample discussion on that group...
From what I understand the whole "fat burning zone" thing is overrated, ie running in the morning/longer than 20 min.
The reason is that although you do burn more fat by doing that your body will compensate and store more fat later in the day. HIIT is better because it rasies your metabolism...
