    Do you work out, take vitamins, and get natural sunlight daily? That killed off my panic attacks, make sure your body is getting the ammount of minerals and vitamins you need, most health problems originate from a deficiency of one or the other.

    Well if you're strength training, your body will want TONS of food. Training also brings a high metabolism, meaning more hunger and faster ridding away of the things your body doesn't need. Try drinking water or gatorade instead of milk. Those two are much better for you healthwise.

    I have a "Slow" voice tone and want to know how to improve it.

    One thing I did to improve my vocals was to just grab a book, and read it out loud the best possible way. Do it every few hours and keep improving. Get really weird worded books, they help dramatically.
