There's plenty of back crew members banging the servers, hostesses, and getting invited to parties. If you make yourself approachable and cool to be around, then you should be fine lol. Getting the job, yeah, that will give you some access, but then you are monopolizing your time and pinning yourself into low paying work.

What is a better approach is to find places to hang out where there are going to be your target demographic, for myself this is in the form of finding public docks where women like to walk and parking my yacht there, I can be sitting in the ****pit reading a book as they are walking by and strike up a conversation with her, start a conversation and invite her to have a seat.

Using that initial conversation to build attraction and then making her comfortable, sometimes even sealing the deal within a couple of hours but usually making arrangements to take her out sailing later on.

You can do the same thing with a nice car going to car meets, especially if you are in a college town with a thriving car community that gets together regularly, but when I was younger I accomplished much the same thing simply by meeting a buddy and parking downtown somewhere where we both had our cars, and I'd pop the hatchback on my Camaro and have the stereo turned on and he and I would set down folding chairs and sit there and talk, when a woman would walk by, start the conversation and take it from there, eventually taking her for a ride.

As for getting a 100 lay count in 1 year, your chances of getting there are slim to none, that would require bedding a new woman about once every 3 days.

For 99% of men this is impossible. For myself I am 6'1" ex military and a competitive power lifter with a lean weight about 250 lbs, it took me till I was about 27 to hit 100 given that I was at 2 when I turned 18.

I consider myself a middle-status man (low six-figure income, former bodybuilding competition and still lifting, moderately attractive) and I did not “put in (much) work” to attract women or my wife. Rather I put effort into myself. My biggest problem was poor self image as a young guy. Once I took care of that, stuff worked out.

Unless you are Leonardo Decapario or Bill Belichick, you are going to be putting in effort to meet hot women. This method will put you in front of the most young/hot women to approach. If you are scared of striking out, then stick to social circle game or playing the hope strategy jerking off.

Just having a solid comfortable lifestyle is a huge bonus, taking care of yourself and knowing how to dress are huge, and then being able to stand up for yourself.
