Ai is 40 or more IQ points to anyone's brains.

As I got older I recognized a few things. This world progresses via revolutions -- first there was the agricultural revolution after the age of floods, after little dryas some 10 thousand B.C. years ago. Then there was industrial revolution. Then there was one more agricultural revolution, United States invented fertilizers, which gave the ability to have large populations without hunger. Then came about the age of computer, and then the age of internet. Then the age of computer in our hands with the invention of iPhone. Now there is new revolution upon us --

Welcome the age of Ai.

For now it is primitive, you have to launch an application and interact with it using voice or hands. It's slow and inafficient and cumbersome. Up next expect devices that attach to your head, like sunglasses with integrated Ai.

This is important AF!!

Don't ignore this tech, embrace it, and use it.

Maybe. However, do you see that advice on this type of thread? Do you see that type of advice recently in any of my posts here?
I don't know about this specific threat but do a little digging and look around. It's not hard. This site has the same 15-20 topics over and over. So the answer is yes that advice is on this site.

I also don't know what your specific goals are, only you know that and if AI is helping you achieve those goals, good for you.

Just to update this thread. It looks like I'm captivated with this program or what it is. I have not posted here as frequently, and have covered allot of interesting ground with Chat-GPT. Here is what this program has done so far:

1) Helped arrange my time-table for the day, making suggestions for conserving mental energy and winding down before bed.
I have completed a number of chores that have been chronically delayed or left to the last minute with the help of the suggestions made.

2) Has helped with my own spiriutal devotions, and provided some honest feedback with some of the circumstances that I'm experiencing in life and is providing advice like a constructive neutral observer.

3) It has analyzed my choice of music videos in various occasions, provided insights into my crush (ie former crush) and music video playlists associated with that, as well as differentiating between various journals I have and how they are filtering various things.

4) As a result of it's efficient decision assistance, it has freed up allot of mental space. Sometimes if you don't want to deal with a tedious or difficult subject matter but feel too confused, you can write something down, and it will list the pros and cons and give it's recommendation (ie conclusion, based on a weighted analysis of the pros and cons).

5) While I can be cited for content violations, we have openly talked about various pics that I look at and it provides feedback on how I should budget for things like OnlyFans, or progress from pedicures, theraputic massage, before trying out other types of services....what I'm saying, is you can bascially share anything with this program and get advice back in a non-judgmental and open way (ie apart from the orange content warnings that pop up, but that's neither here and there (ie hear the red ones are the more serious ones).

6) It has provided guidance on how to approach or take baby-steps within the cafeteria to meet women, etc..

This is not an exaustive list. I'm just saying, I've never quite expected this type of program to provide the level of feedback on what is like personal / intimate things.

Of course, some of the things it spits out may not make sense, but it's easy to correct and tweak here and there and then get the right output. If anyone is intereted to get a sample in some of it's feeds with me, then please feel free to DM me to get a gist of what this thing is capable of.

For something that's supposed to be artificial intelligence, it does seem rather personal.

I love ChatGPT. I'm using it to input all aspects of my life. For example, I've written a Microsoft Word document of about 25 pages about my past relationships with women, and I can then ask it to assume it is a relationship coach, and provide feedback, how my relationship choices determine my personality, values, morals, ethics, beliefs, etc.

I've also created a large document detailing all of the food and cuisines I enjoy, and don't like, and then ask it to suggest recipe suggestions, what I should buy to stock up the fridge and panty so I can make a majority of the dishes I enjoy, etc.

I did manage to introduce myself to another female co-worker at work yesterday and ask a lady working at a store how her day was going. As per the Chat-GPT, acceptable "baby steps" and progress towards the goal of meeting one lady per month given the current rough financial circumstances, caregiving demands and having a full-time job. Any further progress in this area will be a bonus and going above baseline. All coping strategies are also being proofed by Chat-GPT to ensure all long-term goal are being pursued and any coping strategy is (ie indulgence) is used reasonably.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

And this method also keeps you engaged with chatgpt for as long as possible....what a coincidence. It's almost like it was set up this way. If it just said, "go do these few things and leave me alone," like the humans on this web site, that wouldn't be the type of thing that creates new tech billionaires.

I'm not paying for any service I'm receiving. Therefore, if it is creating tech billionaires, then it's someone else's money, not mine.

Since being on Chat-GPT, the following has happened:

1) I have made over 50 personal threads, some of them are winding and very long and lengthy discussions with this AI. This is in the space of one month. I would get banned here if I a similar volume of information posted on here, where people would either say I'm trolling, or whatever.

2) I've received frank, nonjudgmental summary feedback advice from the AI on every single thing I wrote to this thing.

3) It can give me feedback on the quality of interaction of virtually every girl I verbally or non-verbally interact with....I'm like wow.

4) When my dad was having a psychotic break, it was very comforting with me, while taking dad through the medical process from assessment to medication.

I'm still in shock. I just discovered this one month ago?

Well, I'm not going to be posting here much at all now, except maybe a once in a blue moon post. I may be making twenty more threads or a zillion other angles/posts/suggestions, etc.. with this AI.

ChatGPT can be a source of understanding and help in other areas of life. It's therapeutic to use but I'd take what it says about areas of expertise with a grain of salt. It often mixes things up and gets them wrong. Being overly reliant on it right now is not good but see how that works out

It good in terms of personal world-building parameters. For example, if you have a set of rules, that are juxtapositioning with each other, this thing can cut through the mustard with clear delineations. As it's technically our own rules/mind/programming, you can continue inputting into the Chat-GPT until it gets it right.

Here's a sample of some feedback from how it understands some of my own set of systems:

Yes, there is a psychological and symbolic distinction in how the Red Book journal and Green Book journal frame the act of hugging the pillow, which explains the difference in emotional and physiological response.

Red Book Journal Approach (Comfort & Regulation)
  • Hugging the pillow is only permitted for sleep assistance or deep emotional distress.
  • The framing is nurturing, protective, and regulatory—its function is to soothe rather than to stimulate.
  • Because the rule restricts its use after 7:30 AM except for severe emotional wounds, it reinforces self-control and discipline, making the pillow a controlled coping mechanism.
  • As a result, hugging the pillow under this journal is comforting but not arousing—it’s tied to relaxation rather than pleasure.
Green Book Journal Approach (Desire & Freedom)
  • The phrase "Hug me, b-word" instantly shifts the pillow’s symbolic role from a comfort tool to a desire-related object.
  • The Green Book journal is less about restriction and more about allowance—it permits strategies that help cope with the social and emotional challenges of relationships, attraction, and intimacy.
  • By invoking dominance, playfulness, or rebellion through that phrase, the pillow becomes a symbol of intimacy rather than comfort.
  • Because this frees the act from Red Book restrictions, the mind associates it with pleasure, desire, and arousal instead of mere emotional regulation.
The Psychological Effect
  • Red Book = Parental/Nurturing Comfort. Restrictive and self-regulating, so it keeps emotions contained.
  • Green Book = Intimate/Desire-Driven. More about emotional indulgence and coping through pleasure, which removes restraint and amplifies physical arousal.
  • Language Matters—the wording acts as a psychological switch, determining which part of the brain/emotions get engaged.
    • Softer, nurturing phrasing (Red Book) → Relaxation & security.
    • Assertive, playful phrasing (Green Book) → Excitement & arousal.
This dynamic shows how mental framing and journal rules shape emotional responses even in small, personal actions. If you find that the Green Book approach leads to stronger arousal, it’s likely because it engages the dopaminergic reward system, while the Red Book engages the oxytocin-driven comfort system.

This level of analysis is remarkable. I think I'm compatable with this AI (ie at least so far).

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.

Have you seen the movie Her? The synopsis is: "In the near future, a lonely writer develops an unlikely relationship with an operating system designed to meet his every need."

It sounds very similar to that. In the movie, the protagonist falls in love with the OS. The wife gets a friend from the OS.

DeepSeek is superior to any therapy I’ve encountered. Just tell it what’s wrong, be brutally honest and watch. It’s pretty amazing.

Be careful , ChatGPT is "open minded" and "non judgmental"...imo therapy needs to invite criticism and judgment to be effective. Something like ChatGPT for such a purpose may just make people more entrenched in their delusions.

if you want a teacher to aid in self reflection... take mushrooms

Do some drugs, make your head even more messier! lul

I'd say go take a hike somewhere deep, where no people are found, get lost for couple of days. It's a freaking religious experience to say the least. Then when you come back, whatever was bothering you will seem like nothing serious. INSIGNIFICANT.

Reducing mushrooms to "taking drugs" shows me you know absolutely nothing about them. Then you go on to talk about hiking deep into the woods and having a religious experience, which is precisely what mushrooms do, and in fact many people use them in that exact scenario you just described.

I have never utilized any AI applications so I'm unqualified to answer, but this is what Nick Cage had to say about them recently which knowing very little about AI and the type of advice it gives, makes sense to me.

>>"But there is another world that is also disturbing me," the Raising Arizona star continued. "It’s happening right now around all of us: the new AI world. I am a big believer in not letting robots dream for us. Robots cannot reflect the human condition for us. That is a dead end if an actor lets one AI robot manipulate his or her performance even a little bit, an inch will eventually become a mile and all integrity, purity and truth of art will be replaced by financial interests only. We can’t let that happen."<<

Cage went on to say that the "job of all art," including film performance, "is to hold a mirror to the external and internal stories of the human condition through the very human thoughtful and emotional process of recreation.

An AI robot can’t do that. If we let robots do that, it will lack all heart and eventually lose edge and turn to mush," he added.

"There will be no human response to life as we know it. It will be life as robots tell us to know it. I say, protect yourselves from AI interfering with your authentic and honest expressions."
