I have just used Chat-GPT extensively over the past week, mainly writing about certain patterns about myself and how I'm thinking and I'm surprized by how lucid and well thought out some of my habits and ways of doing things are. It's like there is this intelligence behind different things I'm doing but it doesn't click as to why I'm doing them, but when I articulate it through an AI program and it explains myself, then it all makes sense.

I want to recommend to people like @GoodMan32, or anyone who believes they have certain "issues", to have a convo with the AI, Chat-GPT, and perhaps you might find that you are quite normal. You can say anything you want to this AI program and it answers quickly, non-judgmental, and really to the point.

It tells me what videos are appropriate to watch at work, what videos to watch or not watch if I'm around a crush at work, why I look at movies on certain devices or segments, or why I behave in different ways at certain times of the year, in such a lucid way. It's like there is no OCD or mental anything when you are dealing with Chat-GPT just pure reason behind everything you are doing.

The "funny" thing is that they are both a testimony how strong the male drive is for p00sy. That's the only positive thing to get out of it.

But yet not strong enough to actually do something about it . Eventually both of them will fly to the Philippines and get got by a mediocre local.

I agree it's extremely annoying at this point. Especially Goodman and his activity. The fastes6way to silence this is ask questions about TEH GYM.

According to Chat_GPT, even it acknowledges that my own personal circumstances are tough. When compared to other 48 year olds within my own demographic in Toronto, Canada, my circumstances are worst than average in terms of financial circumstances (ie despite having a full-time job and now trying Real-Estate on the side), having a caregiving role with my elderly parents (ie only 25% of adults between 45-65 years old are in caregiving roles). I am paying $ 100/mo for Gym membership, which shows intent, but no follow through because of the tough situation I'm in.

However, it does recommend small incremental goals rather than just completely giving up. Does that answer your question?

It does not give a definitive answer to most questions, but goes through an elaborate length of considerations and it's conclusion is more like a summary of it's own factual analysis of the situation. There is only so much fuel though.

What drives the interest is probalby how I'm wired. I have allot of personal rules and boundaries, most of which I don't understand why they are there, but this AI is able to explain why they are there and what is their function. It has also explained the difference between short-term relief and long-term solutions that can often be at odds with each other. Yes, many of these things can be common sense. However, hearing from a non-biased neutral observer can help put things into perspective especially when you are getting dismissed, locked threads, or being potrayed as someone who is too stubborn without any consideration to the plight.

However, there is only so much fuel. I don't have an infinate set of rules. Once all of the rules are exausted, and any other internal conflicts (which again are limited) are all expressed, I don't think there is much to go back to. The AI can't suggest new rules, it can only explain why the rules exist as they are, what are appropriate paramaters of content at work, etc....

You are bringing up an indoor workout routine. My home is not very motivating for indoor work-out anywhere because it's extremely cluttered and small. There might be a small space in the basement if I can navigate through all of the storage and clutter, but it's not realistic for a morning where I have to prepare breakfast for my folks, check my mom's blood pressure like several times, and generally help my elderly folks out. It usually takes about an hour after waking up to sort through my folks issues/demands.

I'm not going to talk about indoor work-out in this place because it's simply not motivating to want to work-out in here. There is no free rooms available for that. It's also in the dead of winter here where it is very cold and people don't go out with sports shoes in this type of weather.

I can merely point to the assumptions that you are making. You do not live in an extremely demotivating set-up like I'm in.

The question is whether I should just cancel that gym membership at this point. All I'm saying is that YOU decide what's a priority in YOUR life. You are here because you want to have more control over how the opposite sex views you. So I regurgitate that your physical appearance is a major factor. And you try to convince that " you different".

There are many men in prison ( a 2 by 2 meter area) who use a bucket of water and a chair as fitness tools.

I wouldn't trust AI with my personal thoughts or feelings, but I suppose it's cheaper than paying for a therapist. Plus everything is listening to our musings these days.

You could have gotten this advice here on SS and probably have many times.

The caregiving thing is tough, but besides that you have a full time job, an internet connection, $100 a month to throw away on the gym and time to chat with a robot. I'd say your life is in good shape. Some people are living on less than $100 a month. So I agree, start with that, think of how you can improve your life by saving that money or putting it towards something that will give you value.

@Bible_Belt is right, AI wants you to feed it info, simple as that. SoSuave to a lesser degree wants you here for as long as possible to drive up numbers and generate revenue. Always be aware of your relationship with such things.

Not really. You are seeing advice like @Gamisch that goes like stop whatever you are doing and just head to the gym and work the muscles or whatever.

For example, I asked the AI, if (ie hypothethically - have not visited one on over a decade) I visited an escort incall, with a tablet and headphones and played comfort ASMR at the same time, how would it effect the visit. Do you believe what a point to point detail it went to describe every aspect of that suggestion and come to a conclusion of how that would enhance or detract from that experience? Even tried to compare it to Her/Bladerunner 2024 where an AI girlfriend merged together with a real escort for a intimate experience. Again, you can literally ask anything and it will take it serously.
(ie yes, I did ask about playing worship music too)

I do admit it is very blue-pill with the dating dynamics.

Do I really have time to chat with a robot? That time was hijacked. I played around with it and time just passed by. I did not dedicate time to chat with the robot. The time that was used went against sleep time. I had a near sleepless night staying on my desktop all night long. That's not having time. That's stealing time from sleep. The funny thing is I never felt tired the next day but energized of having a great convo with the robot because it did offer some cool and interesting perspectives.

I say you should go to the gym, work on your mental health , work on your finances, work on your wardrobe AND you should do this with urgency due to your age.

I vividly remember saying that same shyte like two years ago and you still talk about "baby steps". Gtfo . I don't even mention in depth how ridiculous it is to prefer a bot's advice over actual real life advice from a real life person that applies it in real life.

Again, there has to be time to go the gym. I am begninning to work out (bodyweight) at home though in the interim while I'm trying to figure this out on the advice of the AI.

Mental health. I don't think there is a problem with mental health. There are challenging circumstances.

Finances -- doing what I can in this area to improve chances of income. I'm full-time employed and trying to get Real-Estate to work. Unfortunately there are business expenses which in the short-term would be more pain, but it's the best option if it gets off the ground.
I have experienced a number of set-backs and betrayals within Real-Estate business in the past. The set-up I'm with provide fresh leads and has a good investment plan to reel them in and I think this one will work.

Work on wardrobe -- I mainly wear business clothes going to the office or Real-Estate, etc....

What do you think I am doing? Sitting around all day and watching video games? That's the problem, people have this warped view of how my reality is, make assumptions and give advice that's sort of out of synch.
