Without reading the OP's post, I agree with the thread title, it doesn't take much for me to lose interest in a woman.

There's a big difference between a man nexting a woman vs a woman nexting a man.

I've been a big believer in looks and money being most important.

The personality side of the equation is probably going to be the biggest issue for you, though there are issues in the other 3 areas. Women will generally not be experiencing "all the feelz" with you, especially the younger Millennial women who would be most open to someone your age on paper. Millennial women have been known to be more about 'vibes' and 'feels' than others. Meanwhile, most 45+ women aren't going to be open to you and are likely thinking you're weird.
