How could you be respect by others while being selfishness?
Being rational and selfish means being sane and effective. Being selfish doesn't mean stealing from anyone or being rude without cause to another person, for example.
How could you nourish other lives by not being Selflessness?
The best way to help someone is for you to be selfish. Your interactions ought to have a purpose, the essence of that purpose is your survival. Being selfless means giving something away that is not in accordance with who you are. Selflessness is self-destructive and harmful to other people as well because they would be gaining something that they didn't earn or would be properly grateful for.

That's an observation that was pointed out a long time ago on this forum, like 20 years ago. I am not at all endorsing violence. You have to remember that we humans evolved from being animals, and morality doesn't apply to nature. We human beings carry with us what nature has given to us through hundreds of millions of years of evolution. Over the last few thousand years humans have evolved to control nature on purpose, and with that ability, also comes the standards of happiness, suffering, hope, and despair.

Imagine wanting a relationship with a sweet, beautiful woman, but also wanting easy sex from multiple women.
For women, they want to feel safe and aroused. Imagine if they can feel safe without having to develop themselves. Women are aroused by men who are selfish and effective, and feel extra safe if they can get the 'betas' to provide for them as their servants.
