When college costs 100k, this woman has her priorities straight. I don't know what you guys want here? If ***** is all you want, go get a pro. You complain that American women suck while simultaneously telling guys to advocate getting her to skip her studies to ride a d1ck. SMFH... americans.

What are you / her studying anyways?
Well, i graduated with a. B.Sc in math. She's getting her masters in speech pathology. She has one more semester to go and will graduate in spring...

The reason I ask if I should text is because I just don't want to come off as a cold fish. I know the freaking rules, OK? Don't text too much or you'll chase them away. But I just want to wish her luck and make it known I'm thinking about her. Maybe she'll like that. Women like to feel special.

However I don't want to get friend zoned either.

Meh, there are no rules. You're going to get friend zoned if you're worried about getting friend zoned. If you don't care about her opinion all that much (which you shouldn't you have a math degree) she'll probably be into you a lot more. I think you should concentrate on getting iQTS to go with your math degree. Women will come when you're not looking for them. Speech pathology is an education degree... but a Masters is no joke. 20k for a year...

I sent her a text. I feel free now...especially since she replied in six minutes "Thank you so much! I appreciate that"

This game playing BS advocated ad nauseum on this forum works on women not worth your time. The irony...

Of course I'm not going to reply to that. It just feels so good to do what I want and be certain. In other words, she didn't have to reply the way she did or in that time frame. I felt free as a bird regardless; the text is just a bonus!

I've never played by that rule and I have no issues in regards to scaring them away.

That's a rule people who are bad texters, lame message senders or desperate/needy invented to try to prevent her from finding out and ruining their chances before they get her out.

Which can work, I guess, but she will find out soon enough.

If you know how to text, provide actual value in your texts and don't come off as desperate or needy then it's never really an issue.

That also doesn't mean to text her 24/7 all day long either. Too many here think there is only 24/7 texting or absolute minimal texting and nothing in between. Almost always with anything you'll find it's never good to be too close to either end of the spectrum.

Ray Charles, Hellen Keller and Stevie Wonder even saw this coming from you OP.

Strange these things "suddenly" just happen repeatedly in this thread.

None of this really adds up when you start piecing the story together.

IMO, this is a work of fiction.

You are going to be crushed when she simply stops responding at some point over the next few weeks. Putting way too much energy and effort into a woman with questionable at best interest.

You would be far better off working at setting up multiple more dates with other women.

You do you but don't tell us we didn't warn you.

This is a prime example why men "give up" on dating...because instead of realizing it's a numbers game and working to maximize the number of women they get themself in front of, they hyperfocus on one women and waste a month or more not continuing to build a pipeline.

So when it comes crashing down, they have nothing to show for it instead of it not even being any concern since they have 3 other women they are dating and dates with new women 1-3 times a week.

Then they repeat the process over again a few times and give up, talking to 3 or 4 women over 5 months instead of building pipelines.

Essentially when you place all your eggs in one basket, that one egg looks like a golden egg instead of just an ordinary egg if you had a dozen of them to choose from.

That message seems too much, particularly this part: ''You're a dedicated woman with a vision for her life''. That's the kind of stuff to say in person to your girlfriend, not over text to a woman you had one date with.

Bro, my current career I'm a teacher so I advocate everyone study. If she doesn't reply, no big deal. If she does, good for you. There are loads of fish out there. Get your stuff done and like I said QTS or a teaching qualification opens you up to educated pools of young people. There will be others. Go work at a university abroad, you will have a super fun time and meet lots of young people. A math degree is a golden ticket anywhere in the world. I can't recommend a teaching qualification highly enough, it's 8 months and 10k but it will pay you back in dividends after.

He is frameless in this interaction.

Like low paying jobs that require you to spend countless hours of your free time grading tests and preparing lessons and enough time off in the summer so you can work a second job to make ends meet?

I don't date ordinary women. I'll leave that to the guys that like to pump and dump.

BitG woke up and chose to destroy my man’s hustle and grind
Nah...that's not a grind...a grind would be if you using OLD to message 10-15 new women a day, get 4-5 new numbers a day and set up 2-3 new dates a week.

That's a grind...building a pipeline...giving yourself options.

If you decide to do low percentage plays after you were advised not too, the last thing you should be doing is coming back and trying to throw it in people's faces because "it worked".

Because first of all, he hasn't even gone on a second date with this woman yet---one who was so enthralled with him that she "forgot" to meet up on the first date, and more importantly hasn't banged her yet. So exactly what worked? OP is so certain this woman won't flake on him yet every time he tries to set something up she either forgets or tries to move what day it happens on...that's a sign of a woman with not a lot of interest, IMO.

So just a little jumping the gun on the brashness and bravado. If you are going to start coming at other posters who have a lengthy track record of giving good advice you should probably actually get a real result first not act like a little puppy dog when a chick messages you back.

I am pretty sure you know the answer but you came out too relationship forward. Either should have let her text you first after the date or not be so eagerered about seeing her again. The law of scarcity applies here were an easy conquest has a lower value, and it seems you can be easily had.

None of this matters. IF she's really into you and attracted, you could stand on your head in the middle of Fifth Avenue in NYC, and she'd think it was funny and "cute". Lol

Her enthusiastic response within six minutes ending with an ! was a great IOI, imo.

Play it out and stay positive. No one knows what's going on in her heard but HER.

Keep us posted!!
