I love grains. I do oats, quinoa, brown rice, black rice, whole grain bread, and whole grain pasta. I think they’re mostly an acquired taste. Delicious once you get used to them.Very nice, doesnt sound bad at all. How are you on grains? Seems like you're getting most of ur carbs from veggies!

You might not believe it but I find soaking yourself in a bathtub is very feminine. Taking shower with medium heat water, under 8 minutes, to me, is masculine. Only women take like half an hour in the bathtub.Next topic will be, "How does someone get a shower in a masculine way?"

One of my new favorites...I also see recipes where you can use berries as well, which I plan on trying today!Protein pancakes are the bomb! Loved those as a super awesome breakfast meal when I still ate carbs. Can also substitute bananas for pumpkin. Using different flavored protein powders can add variety. A little baking powder will make them fluffier. Very freezable as BITG said.
Skip maple syrup and use honey or forego the pure sugar all together (once you eat them a few times solo it becomes a non-issue).
