Using berries sounds like they would also taste awesome. While I haven't tried, I'm sure these could be easily converted to muffins as well (which are also freezable).

Another healthy option is Overnight Oats. I saw these as a staple of bodybuilders for years and finally tried them about a year ago. Super easy and you could make 4-5 days worth and they store in the fridge well. I like to use Fage 5% Greek yogurt (one small container) + the oats and protein powder.
Hmm...that is a good idea also...have read the pancakes freeze well too, so I guess it depends on what you prefer.

Haven't tried overnight oats but my daughter loves making them.

Wish I could use Greek yogurt but unless I want to be bloated and gain a pound or two the next day from inflammatory water weight, I gotta stay away...

Concentrated dairy is a no go for me.

Peronsally, I find pancakes the easiest to freeze (and preferred for freezing) as they're flat and can stack easy with parchment paper in between them in a gallon ziplock.

Here is another easy one:

Overnight oats:

-1 cup uncooked steel cut oats
-2 cups almond/coconut milk
-200g blueberries
-20 raw almonds
-1 TBSP Chia Seeds
-1 TBSP Raw Honey
-Cinammon

Let sit overnight, then add 2 scoops protein powder

Calorie content: 1060
Carbs: 122g
Protein: 72g
Fat: 35g

Can adjust and add in whatever you want, this is just an example of what I had this morning.

Lately I eat a lot homemade chili (no beans, grass fed beef), hard boiled eggs, whole fat greek yogurt, fairlife whole milk, sardines, oysters, tuna, salmon, shrimp. I also eat calf liver and heart. Only oils I ever use are olive oil and ghee.

Other than that: various fruits, veggie smoothies (kale/spinach, pasteurized liquid eggs, coconut flour). I also make a lot of gigantic loaded salads with various greens, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, homemade olive oil dressing, and protein (usually tuna and egg).

I also eat some nuts and seed/granola/cereal type of stuff for snacking but it's a difficult to find any that are actually healthy.

Nothing like going to a store to find some granola only to see it covered in nothing but sugar.

But do like I do, just buy some normal oats, and throw them into a protein shake.

There are a couple things I've found that are tasty and quite healthy but a bit pricey. This stuff for instance is amazing https://www.amazon.com/Simply-Coconut-Clusters-Original-Chocolate/dp/B09W36YN9P but it's way overpriced here. It's like $8-9 at Aldi. Oats are good though idk why I stopped eating them.

Chili with no beans? Bruh, what?
Beans make me feel like ass and I don't like being bloated and gassy.
