Hey guys just had a new girl over. Wasn’t able to get hard with her despite eating some good food and taking a horny goat weed tablet about an hour before she arrived. Anyhow while attempting to improve things I took a square of dark chocolate and a few minutes later I took a Fish Oil (NOT Cod Liver) Omega 3 tablet.

got so hard and was able to last really long. Also was able to get hard enough for a second round but came in 10 minutes the second time.

many how, just thought I’d share. I don’t know if it was just a delayed Horny goat weed effect but I’m leaning towards the dark chocolate and Fish Oil capsule.

Fish oil is supposedly a way to help ED,
not sure about chocolate.

Similar experience here. When I eat chocolate edibles, I can bust 3 times in one go and I’m super hard.
Also, I’m on the keto diet, so all I eat are fats and protein, but there are days when I get off the diet and eat a bit of carbs and for some reason, my sex drive goes up, and I get rock hard boners.

Yes but I didn’t get hard like that till after the chocolate and fish pill. HGW alone didn’t do anything it seems

Yes, Dark chocolate is good for ED
It has enzymes in it that help produce nitrous oxide and promote blood flow.
Darker the chocolate, the better - The really rich 90% or more, bitter tasting stuff is best.

To add to the above: ^^^ What I use/consume, and the effects.....

First a little background: 10 yrs ago I was in a long-faded marriage - I'd given up on myself, piled on weight, etc, etc... I was a physical mess.
No sex during the last 4 yrs, I had no interest - Even if I'd wanted to, erections were 'rubbery' and didn't last long enough anyway.
Then I had a blood-pressure scare (stupidly high numbers)
My Doc laid it on the line, and it really sh*t me up! Caused me to re-think life in general... so...
I moved out and got divorced, sorted my diet, dropped from about 295lbs to around 180lbs over the next year or so...

These days, I'm the healthiest I've been since my 30s
• I avoid refined sugars - The lag effect from that stuff is terrible.
• Vit-C with zinc - Multi-minerals that include Boron - Omega-3 fish oil capsule
• Most days I'll drink a glass of pomegranate juice, or a sugar-free fizzy drink that contains L-Arginine (I'm halfway through one right now).
• Every weekend I juice a watermelon (including the pips and rind), add some lime or lemon juice (because watermelon alone is a bland taste), enough for a small glass each morning for the week.
• I've now come off most of the B-P medication, but I continue with the Calcium-channel inhibitor (Amlodipine) because it works by opening blood vessels (The same thing that blue V-Pills do, but a less dramatic effect) - As a by-product.... CC-inhibitors are also a good defence against getting seriously ill from the Covid-bug.
• Occasional VERY dark chocolate.... If I think sex is on the cards that night.

Results...
The hardest boners I've had since my 30s - Morning wood is back with a vengeance (it had stopped during my late 40s)
And when I get down to business, I no longer need any 'downtime' between rounds - So long as there's a willing woman around... once it's 'up', it stays up until I choose to stop (or go to sleep)
Much to the surprise.... and pleasure.... of women who are usually at least 10 yrs younger - One woman of 29 (when I was 54) actually thought I'd popped a 'V' pill (I hadn't)

Sildenafil + zinc + L-Arginine + L-Lysine will turn you to a 17yo boy again.

I agree.. Though some guys like sarge have conditions that prevent them from taking it.

Yea that’s the kind I eat! I just tried having that fish pill this morning without the chocolate and the boner was meh and took some coaxing. I will try the chocolate soon to see if that’s it. Perhaps it was the combination of all three (HGW, Dark Chocolate, and Fish Oil)

Thanks. I’m not overweight (the opposite actually as I’m 150lbs and 6 feet tall). I eat only healthy non processed foods except for pizza or burger occasionally.

I’m always trying to improve my diet specifically for testosterone and boners but it’s difficult as I can’t eat much as I have a host of food intolerances

You can order Liquid Ionic Boron off of Amazon.. It will lower your Sex Hormone Binding Globulin(SHBG), thus freeing up the Testosterone in your body allowing it to become more bio available to it.

As for this experiment, taking Chocolate and Fish Oil this morning didn’t seem to improve erections that much. They were about the same so maybe it was the HGW in combo

right on the money. Here in Mexico the pharmacy sells high quality sildenafil. 5 pillsx100mg each for around $200pesos. ($9dlls). I just slice one in half.
50mg is all you need. I have even given some to a friend in cali. He always asks for more.
No side effects and lethal bloodflow to the d1ck. Sharper than a surgeon's scalpel.

Just eat healthy ,drink atleast 3liters of water x day, avoid refined sugar, take zinc picolinate and pop a pill when you want to really lay the pipe down
