When going to a woman's place, do you usually bring a condom in the wallet?

isn't it a risk to trust a woman that she is using birth control? I've heard some women trick the guy to pregnant and then force him to commit
It is a risk to trust a woman that she is using birth control. It is a substantial risk. You're risking 18 years of child raising expenses/child support payments and the possibility of having to interact with this woman for the rest of your life even if things go bad. Co-parenting lasts beyond the child's 18th birthday. After the child turns 18, there are still holiday interactions, a possible college graduation, etc. Those are events where you'll be interacting in some way with the child's mom. Additionally, young adults have been less independent between ages 18-30 during the last 2 decades and that's a trend that's expected to continue in the future. You and the child's mother might have to talk about who is going to help your 25 year old son/daughter with a place to live/paying some expenses after a layoff.

None of that sounds exciting.

Yes, it can happen that women use a preganancy to trap a man. When women pull the "baby trap" maneuver to get a commit, those commitments usually don't last until that child turns 18.

If you are unsure about having kids with a woman, use condoms with her.

With STD's on the rise you better glove up if you are cougar hunting!
That's good advice. It doesn't seem exciting to use a condom while having sex with a post menopausal 53 year old woman.

A lot of people in their 50s and 60s get STDs because pregnancy isn't a possibility, assuming 2 similarly aged partners are having sex.

I bring my gun with me.
Same here bro. I've had it on me before and then had women say "I dont like guns in my house", not knowing I actually had it on me. So when the pants came off in the bedroom I had to make sure the lights were out so she couldn't see it. Being a cop I get a little more leeway on carrying a gun than most people, but I still don't want to have it blue ball me if it doesn't need to.

As for the bringing a jimmy suit, I did in my younger days. But now I just don't use them. They are a 100% b0ner killer for me. Sucks getting old.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Well, if you get one pregnant on the side, you can just shoot her then. Just blame it on friendly fire.

Females that age shouldn't be having sex. It's just nasty.

Yeah, obviously risk of 'seasoned' relationships or marriages ending in modern era, but stakes even higher with someone you;ve only known for weeks or few months, as don;t know that person at all really, unless they're clearly displaying signs of being a lunatic.

That was/is my worse nightmare tbh. Remember a woman who I was casually sleeping with in my early 20's who one night or morning actually tried holding me in when I started to reach the 'edge'. Was sort of fizzling out anyway, so just avoided her afterwards, or at least didn;t sleep with her again. I was pretty lax using rubbers when young, but mainly due to a lot of encounters involving being drunk on nights out. May have used 1 on odd occasion when first meeting someone, but usually something like running out of condoms next morning or it splitting would then just make us think sod it and not bother using them again with each other. Usually would pull out, but odd occassion didn;t and makes me quiver still now to imagine what may have happened if they did get pregnant and refuse to abort.

I know of 2 men in my social sphere who impregnated women and the pregnancy was unplanned. Both ended up doing the beta male thing and got married to the woman. Both ended up divorced from the woman long before the oldest children turned 18. Both will now have to deal with an unpleasant ex in co-parenting a minor for at least the next 10 years AND will still have to deal with this unpleasant ex even after their children turn 18. Not good.

Yeah heard some horror shows involving kids and split parents, although some are from marriages failing after years, not just quick flings as such.

Some of worse ones do involve quick flings. One that sticks in my mind is good looking, alpha type chap who alluded to the brief ex being hot (for what difference that makes). Basically got refused access to his child, had spend something like 20-30k going through courts to get some level of access after not having them for months. Obviously I don;t know full story, but he paints her as being a nut job, vindictive etc. Sad thing is it harms the child, but some people can;t see beyond their own spite/trying to hurt ex partner.

Not that it matters, but pretty amicable with my childs ex, plus she earns good money, really busy with job and other ventures so think she appreciates my regular involvement with child (almost 50%) as allows her to do other stuff she wants to do.

Problem is you tend to only hear 1 side of story if you meet single mums. I was seeing a deputy head teacher last year for a while and she only 'trusted' her ex to have their son for a few hours saturday each week, with the odd evening after school too. She said she didn;t trust him, he was incapable of doing basic stuff like nappies, whatever, but found that hard to believe 100% as he had good job/career, so doubt he couldn't pick that stuff up - really is pretty basic isn;t it. Then as time went on with her and notice female boss/control side showing through and started to lean more towards her being the one calling the shots and making up/telling herself some crap about him being incapable, when really she just wanted to minimize time he had with their son. She also mentioned tge exes mum being a nutter/nasty piece of work in general and then trying to persuade her to let son have child more. Thought I bet this teacher was just trying to win a battle/fued here.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.
