There are always 'exceptions to the rule'......Off the top of my head, there are a couple of girls I knew in high school, many years ago, who were a little bit 'overweight' (they were the stereotypical 'happy, bubbly, fat girls'), but when I went to my 10th year reunion (the only one I went to), those girls had actually trimmed down to a very attractive 'hawtness'. I don't know what they look like now.

I don't really care about 'walls' anyway. If she satisfies my (physical) requirements and is DTF, then I'd go with the flow, regardless of age (although there are certainly upper limits...).

I think it's a matter of personal taste. For me, over 30 I'm not really interested. To each his own, really. I don't know if women realise this, but their "value" is totally dependent on male interest. Once men are no longer interested in them, all of the attention, gifts, favours and special treatment goes away. As does the chance of ever getting married and having a family.

I don't know if I'd agree with you that traditionalism is the answer. I'd rather live in a world where I can have fun and bang a lot of young women, than have them all being "serious" and boring whilst they hold out for marriage.

I don’t know about age but what I do know, because I’m seeing it, is men are taking better care of themselves than women are. Women with good looks think they’ll have those looks forever and boy are they ever wrong. Younger groups may have always aligned to the group think and ideals of their generation. Looking outside in it appears they are programmed or acting the same. But the same can be said about others.

Just generally speaking, I always thought the wall was 27. But it varies highly by the individual. For some girls the wall is 18. But I remember a few girls from high school that were always considered homely. I don't believe much in the Wall. I think that women's looks peak somewhere between 18-22. Women in the rest of their 20s look good. In terms of looks, The Wall is somewhere around age 30-35. However, women are still in demand in their 30s and beyond.

I think women in their 30s get less attention outside of social media and swipe apps, but a large percentage of women in their 30s will still get a lot of attention because they'll put themselves out there on swipe apps.

Let's talk about the case of a childless 35 year old woman with a normal range BMI today. If she is on at least one swipe app, she will get more attention at 35 than she got as a 21 year old in 2007, if she wasn't on any dating websites then and just a moderate social media presence. However, that 35 year old of today got more in-person attention in 2007 at 21 and 2011 at 25. She also got men more willing to commit longer term then.

A 35 year old woman today might get higher tier men in her own age group and some good looking 18-25 year old men pursuing her today. She'll put out easily for the younger men if she's not that uptight about age. She'll make the top tier men close to her age work a little more for her vag, but they'll get it. Neither the top tier men 35-early 40s or the 18-25 year old fit guys will stick around longer term. Average men in her age group will be commit and many will be simps. Because a woman in her position has so many choices, she'll still be able to get something for her time and effort. She might have to be a little less selective but there are worse places to be. I mostly agree with you. When it comes to mate selection, one must take into account the selector's own contextual values; physical attractiveness might not be the highest priority.

As far as physical attractiveness goes, I'll take 19 over 26 most of the time.
