Men outnumber women badly in the 20s/30s age ranges on Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge.
I would say that Bumble and Hinge are more careerist gals and more gals oriented towards more serious relationships, at least something medium term like 1 year or longer. Bumble women are more feminist because the app caters more towards the woman with stronger feminist beliefs.
What you say is more or less aligned with my experience in these apps.
I never spent too much time actually looking into this, but if it's true that the men/women ratio can get as high as 10/1, some girls might not even come across your profile for days/weeks. They can literally miss you in the ocean of d!cks

. Especially on Tinder I would assume.
One good thing with Bumble is that the girl has selected you, meaning that there are 'in theory' higher chances of success. Of course the whole feminist element is a negative, but not all of them there are crazy about it..
I am an academic, so I guess it makes sense that these career-oriented type of girls show higher interest in me.
Another question: do you or anyone else have an idea about the age cut-offs young girls use? Meaning, is a 20-22 year old HB8 going to 'see' my 29yr old profile on Tinder, or do they restrict their range on younger ages, eg. <25 yr old men?
If that's the case, I don't wanna waste swipes and time on very young ones.
