I usually do pretty well but then by the end of the week, something throws me off, and then i skip a week before working out again for like 1 or 2 days in the next week and maybe cardio 3 times that week.. and that becomes my pattern. I really want to be more consistent. I wish there was a good way to wake up and constantly be slammed by motivation and all the reasons why I need to work on myself.
If you have not read my first post on this site, i mentioned I have some excess fat around my waistline that I want to lose, and i have alot of performance anxiety and anxiety and stress related to sex because i used to watch porn for many years and masturbate a nd had a lot of failures with women.
For me getting into a better shape and improving my cardio is crucial to my success! Any suggestions?
