you probably guess I'm not 100 % healed yet.

I watched another julienhimself video on youtube and I've been thinking about it ever since. Sosuave member Deezedbrah has consistently said julien is good and each video I see makes me think.
So what I've been meditating on from the video is 'challenging the assumptions'

Its actually not true, either one of them.

I can't even trace where I started believing this about myself in the past.
I hiked for 5 hours today with 3 people I barely knew on a part of a trail I had never been on before and my conversation flowed like water.
