Educational and economic opportunity reduces crime. More policing does not.
Possibly, perhaps we'll find out.
There will be times when we will want a police department that has some teeth, however. Let's not throw the baby out with the bath.

The recent riots showed very clearly that when the sh1t really hits the fan, the police are not coming. You are on your own. Property owners with guns were able to fend off the mobs. And if that is where we are as a country after pouring massive resources into cops and prisons, a wild west when it really mattered, then we need to stop wasting money on a broken system that doesn't really protect anybody.

I get it. I'm not trying to shame fathers who are already in an unrecoverable situation. However, if you think you're fathering a child being held for ransom by its mother, you really aren't. Maybe, you're mentoring, and that's important, but it isn't the same thing. If you aren't already in that position, don't let it happen to you....or your kid.

Ultimately, though, it's rare for a guy to get sperm-jacked without his consent. He usually just wanted to dance in the rain without a raincoat, didn't pull out on time, and ended up playing Russian Roulette with a couple million rounds. He wasn't really thinking past the orgasm. I've been there. I had girls swear to me that I didn't need to wear a rubber, because they couldn't get pregnant; I didn't usually trust them, though.

Again, I'm not saying that to be cruel. In theory, it could happen to anyone, but are most guys really doing enough to make sure it doesn't happen to them? Really? It's mostly just a reality check, a warning, and an explanation of how things got how they are....and how to fix them.
Oh yea men need to be more careful with their dycks and their lives.

The truth is never off limits. This has nothing to do with any race being “subpar.” In the United States, police disproportionately use lethal force against black men. We are also more likely to be arrested and give harsher sentences for identical crimes. These are facts. I can’t control anyone else’s reaction to those facts.

Cheers
This is true. However, the effect size isn’t that large, and you must also keep in mind that blacks are simply more likely to have a violent criminal record than whites.
There are tons of White people participating in the riots..... These are White Antifa members capitalizing on the chaos.... They arent right wingers or undercover cops......
Well there actually have been some undercover cops and possibly some right wingers too. It’s just that the vast majority of protests have been black protestors looking for an excuse to get free stuff or antifa members guiding the crowds and getting people more riled up than they otherwise would have.
You do realize many women wanted to be single moms?. So dad being under the same roof was not an option or she pushed him out.

I too used to blame the man until i got to see reality.
This is a great point. A lot of the times, people will look at men who leave their women while pregnant and say what a horrible human being he was, and insured to agree. But then I learned just how horrible pregnant women are and how that’s the biggest reason why men leave their women—because their women push them away. And it makes total sense when you think about it. Those women suck lol and they think they can abuse their men and the world simply because “ummm, I’m a pregnant mom, so you should give me respect”. Notice how I said “give me” and not “show me”? It’s entitlement lol.

But yeah, many women do actually want to be single moms now that I think about it. Those women reap what they sow 99% of the time, so people should never feel bad for them.
Lol what a joke, the answer is *always* to give the cops more money...says the police unions. I live in a town of 20,000 people, and the police have armored personnel carriers and military assault vehicles. The city is broke, of course, but the cops still get all the toys they want.
That’s mostly a city issue, not fundamental problem with the entirety of the country lol my experiences over here have been the exact opposite

Keep in mind that the majority of those police has orders from the mayors of the cities to not stop the rioters at all. One of the videos I posted earlier in this thread literally showed an antifa dude taking a hammer and pick chipping away at the sidewalk so that rioters could have stones to throw at the police, all while the police were about 15 feet away from them watching the guy do it. It’s Dem corruption.

Which is exactly why the liberal progtard agenda to ban all guns is fkn retarded.
Probably half of the people in prison should be dead, and the other half shouldn't be there. Decriminalize drugs, and make more room for the pimps, who should have the right to a speedy execution.
This 100%. We need more physical punishments too, and less lockup time. People complain about Islam, but they got it right. You steal? You get your hands cut off. Any thief is gonna avoid stealing then. You rape? Death penalty. In Saudi Arabia, a woman can walk down a dark alleyway at 3 AM everyday and be perfectly fine. Some areas still have public humiliation too lmao and it stops people. Great deterrent effect. I knew a dude who went to Mecca and he was saying how there were soldiers standing on guard around the Kaaba, and that some dude groped a woman and they saw, and they ran after him and start beating the **** out of him right then and there. Problem solved. There’s still a ****ton of problems with the way they have it set up that I’m not gonna get into right now, but they don’t have much crime there.

I do have to say, though, I don’t think drugs should be legalized. Alcohol is already an issue in the sense that we wouldn’t be in this mess if it were banned. They’re only allowing weed to dumb down society so that the actual politicians can do what they want while the masses are too slow and stupid and doped yo to do anything about it. My younger sister is a hardcore stoner (smokes weed everyday, bakes her own edibles) and even she was like “yeah they only legalized it so that they could make us dumber while they do what they want, it’s so obvious” but then starts making excuses when I criticize her for being a pothead.

seems like they charged the cop from Atlanta 11 felony accounts and murder. Considering the legal system we have now, these charges are so trumped up this guy should walk. Prosecutors these days (when involved cops being charged) are charging cops up the ass for two reasons: to increase their career (which I guess you can’t really blame them, but it’s morally wrong in a sense) and public pressure from child-adults who stomp scream and riot. If your gonna start charging cops with outrageous murder charges, Atleast wait until the laws have been changed, skewed or even a abolished. All of this type of stuff going on reminds me of the Duke Lacrosse Case. Not saying their identical or anything like that, but it’s very similar generally speaking.

Wowwww wtf? They charged the COP with 11 felonies? Hell nah, dude shoulda been able to walk, this is just stupid.
The DemonKKKraps built the projects, to keep poor Black people trapped in generational poverty; and, the DemonKKKraps built the public schools to spread racism.
Yup, and these folks still vote Dem. The thing that shocks me is that they still vote dem even after you bring this stuff to light. Like you can bring a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink. It just goes to show that people have to want to make the change themselves. The same goes for redpill in general, how some dudes will still choose to be beta simp cucks. I hate those people. Be gracious in defeat. Know when your wrong, instead of clinging foolishly to your ego (and yes it’s ego, not pride; pride is indicative of self-respect, but these fools just continue to embarrass themselves because they want special treatment, the pussies they are).

Just annoying.

If there are no police, who are going to arrest the cops? We may not have any choice anyway. Reportedly, police are turning off their radios and walking off the job in Atlanta. With the way the police are being treated like public enemy #1 these days, who is going to want to be a cop? I wouldn't be, I'd be getting out while the getting is good.

They already bankrupted my state with their pensions, retiring on full pay plus healthcare, spouse included, after just 20 years. It was such a good deal for them that they put into our state constitution that it is forbidden to cut their retirement. The democrats own illinois at the state level, with both the governor and a super majority of both state houses. But the police unions are so strongly tied to them politically that they are never going to reform anything.

What’s your point? Was intrigued with your comment but what are you trying to say (I’m respectfully asking btw)

I guess they get the big money because nobody wants to put their life on the line or deal with the worst elements of the world every hour and every day.

Without them you might quickly have anarchy, warlords then fascism.

What you can do is reduce them 50% and see if you like what you see.

It’s wild though. PD’s in low crime areas actually get paid more in the state I live in. Within city limits, the PD that covers the city gets paid the least. It’s kinda backwards in my opinion. A lot of the city guys who do well on the exam for other departments outside the city take that job immediately if they get the call, and I don’t blame them. Most of my co workers ***** and moan that we do not get paid enough for the risk we take day in and day out, but my reply is simply: “you knew what you were signing up for”. It irritates them all the time but it’s the truth in my opinion. If I ever have children, the last thing I will tell them to become is a police officer. Herrendous hours, pay is so/so tops, the social climate of this country in regards to police is getting worse by the day, and the public the PD deals with treats ya like **** majority of the jobs. People call 911 for a reason. They don’t call us to catch up and throw a football around (even though that would be a relief). They call 911 because there having problems in thier life they can’t figure out or someone calls on them. And arresting and talking to these people NEVER teaches them a lesson. Trust me when I say this, when I first joined the PD I thought I’d help turning people’s lives around by helping them. Boy was I dead wrong on that one, 99% of people who call 911 remain the same thier whole lives or go to jail and the cycle repeats. We also live in a generation where NOBODY likes to be told NO or otherwise, generally speaking. Everyone thinks they’re right even when there not. It blows my mind with all the cop related incidents going on around the country in regards to how people think cops should handle people. You should see some of the regulars I deal with. Bat**** crazy high on pcp once in while. Try getting a social worker to talk to them about their feelings. Can’t even imagine that one. Yet if we forcible put him on ambulance by cuffing him for his own safety he miraculously turns into The guy everyone loves who was a hardworking guy who has children with a solid high school photo from like 10 years ago.

You won't have to have that talk with them. If things continue the way they are, no decent person will touch that job with a 10 foot pole.

I totally agree. It's one of the worst jobs ever. People take civilization for granted. It has to be fought for ever day by everybody. Degeneration and destruction is easy. Building and maintaining is hard and boring work.

Hey man, God bless you for what you do. There needs to be a reform with how policework is handled. It needs to be subsidized more heavily tbh, not defunded. Cops should get more specialized training like in the military or SWAT imo and work better with de-escalation techniques too, that’d clear up all of the problems that we have today. It’d make people want to actually become cops rather than bail, and in turn, crime would lower. But people just like to complain, and the truth is, the powers that pull the strings are all just playing a game right now with this stuff because they want to influence politics. But stuff like this shouldn’t even be messed with honestly. It’s all just ****ed. Whatever, you do what you can.

Gray lives matter dudes.
Careful, they fired the Sacramento Kings announcer for saying "all lives matter". I don't imagine saying gray lives matter is much better.

Yeah I appreciate it, even though I kinda get bothered when I get praised but thanks (just the way I am I dk). Yeah I’ve been telling people and I think I mentioned it above. There are higher powers at play here in my opinion. Just didn’t think they would stoop this low. And I honestly thought Americans were making progress. Verrrrryy slow, but progress nonetheless. Even before all of this madness I have had the tendency to not TRUST anyone, with the exception of my family and verrry right friends. Deactivated my Instagram a few weeks ago, just because I don’t want some old liberal high school person that follows me post me in uniform and make up some horse **** story. But anyways, hate to get off topic about this forum. A lot of good points being made on both sides imo. I hope everyone is aware that once these riots die down (which they will because the majority of protestors will either go back to work, get bored or lose steam), there will most defnitely be something else major that happens in this country. None of this stuff is a coincidence. It’s one thing after another. With the root being Trump not being re-elected. I’m calling this from the parking lot but I think Candace Owens will be our next Republican President after Trump (big fan of her). But I also garauntee that won’t please the Democrats. I digress though. Like you were saying, police officers SHOULD be in the academy longer with more of a focus on tactics. But still, no tactics can help you deal with human behavior that is unpredictable and everyone knows that. Cops are not machines and even the sharpest and best can **** up in high pressure cookers.
