Right behind you
Just like the COVID threads (2 million cases later) my posts tend to age well. How many more black guys will you have to watch get murdered by police to admit there is a problem?
Chinaflu isn’t nearly as bad as the media made it seem, and magically began lowering the number of deaths from all other non-coronavirus cases. Why? Because governors ordered all hospitals and morgues to say that any and all deaths are ruled as coronavirus deaths. Aside from all of the social media posts exclaiming that liberal democratic corruption, my mom works at a hospital too. A man getting shot in the head will be classified as death from coronavirus. So all the death stats are faulty. You can believe whatever it is you want to believe, but just know, EyeBRollin, that you’ll always be wrong. Especially if you disagree with me.

Seems like nearly anything you do these days can get you falsely labelled.
I think that it's wrong to judge an entire race - based on the actions of an individual.

For instance; my action bellow does not make me a racist. However, I have no problem being labeled an "EyeBRollinIST."

You shouldn’t have turned this into a race topic, it never ends up well because nobody is gonna admit that their own race is subpar.

Focus on the issue at hand, which is police procedure.

In the end that's the only thing that actually matters.
The truth is never off limits. This has nothing to do with any race being “subpar.” In the United States, police disproportionately use lethal force against black men. We are also more likely to be arrested and give harsher sentences for identical crimes. These are facts. I can’t control anyone else’s reaction to those facts.

Cheers

The world has many discrimination, all you could ever do is rise above it by practicing continous improvements.

Complaining never works because the moment you complain people will naturally get defensive even if its irrational to you, there's always an angle to spread a narrative on both side of the fence.

Only the loudest, most plentiful voice will then be deemed as "truth" even if its not, its just the way of the world buddy.

Learn to play by its laws and come out top.

I agree with you in the self-improvement. Unfortunately you’re applying a micro approach to a macro issue. Think broader. This is bigger than you or me.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

There are no riots. There is looting and arson by undercover cops and right wing extremists which have been captured on video.
No riots....???.... A constructive dialogue cant happen if you keep being disingenuous...

EDIT::: sorry to jump to conclusions, but my gut tells me these two dudes arent undercover right wingers......

I really dont get why you would make such a bold claim like that when anyone can just run a quick google or youtube search and see for themselves...

Something tells me the white lady that burned down Wendy’s isn’t a exactly the spokeswoman for Black Lives Matter. Not like the United States has a history of undermining social movement protests or anything....

There are tons of White people participating in the riots..... These are White Antifa members capitalizing on the chaos.... They arent right wingers or undercover cops......

I hv no wish to participate further in this thread, almost everyone seems biased one way or another by picking on a race, some mask it well but it's obvious to all non Americans here.

I guess the underlying hatred has divided ur society and has unfortunately planted roots.

I however gift you this advice; Principles and Integrity are 2 things nobody can take away from you. Only you decide if you want to let it go.

I've got to be honest: If I did was Rayshard Brooks did - resisted arrest, assaulted two police officers, took one of their tasers, fled, and tried to fire the taser at one of the officers, I would fully expect that I would be shot.

I heard today they are wanting to charge both officers. I'm not sure why they are wanting to charge the cop who didn't shoot, what did he do?

The people actually protesting are actually females In thier early twenty
I've read several articles recently talking about how so many of the protesters are young white females. Apparently BLM is extremely popular among young white females.

Maybe they upped it to murder to get him to plea to a manslaughter charge and save the public a trial.
I don't think the Powers That Be are going to want to allow a plea bargain in this case, they're going to want a trial. Think of the ratings! Think of the political capital to be gained by keeping racial tensions stirred up. Yeah, I don't think so.

So you think resisting & fleeing from arrest should result in execution?

He won't heed any advice that requires him to confront reality.

You problem you see, as an outside observer isn't just one thing.

Some foreign observers think our problem is that we lack racial homogeneity, like Japan.

Others claim our problem is "Black people," but that every other race is fine.

Some blame racial tensions solely on poverty, and the fact that Blacks are overrepresented among the poor.

Others blame the inner city public schools, public housing, and even the police.

Of course, there are those who say, "it's all Whitey's fault!" (What isn't, right?)

It isn't race, as much as there is racial disparity. If it were a matter of race, then why are Africans some of the most successful immigrants to our country, both financially and educationally? It isn't a DNA problem.

Poverty and crime are definitely linked, but it's typically the inverse that's more true: criminality perpetuates poverty("crime doesn't pay"...least of all VIOLENT crime).

Fatherless homes are a huge factor, and probably the single most important of many factors. Too many fathers think "knowing" and being "influential" in their bastards' lives makes them father-of-the-year, when, in reality, if your children don't live under your roof, where you're head of your own household, you might as well just be an uncle. Until this is accepted, no significant progress will be made.

The single biggest problem, though, is that the Black community, in America, has become poisoned by hatred, envy, bitterness, spite, and resentment....especially(though, not exclusively) in the poorest communities...which is a triple tragedy, because these are the emotions that lead to violent crime, make men stupid, and keep men poor.

In the poorest Black, urban communities, Blacks who reject formal education are being taught a parallel alternative history, in which Blacks are gods, and Whites are a demon race, invented in a lab experiment, only to escape and to steal civilization from Blacks. Why would anyone believe that nonsense? Because yielding to negative emotions turns men into chicks with diicks, and only tanks a masculine IQ. Women's brains can do the butterfly stroke through a flood of estrogen, but those chemicals drown a man's analytical mind. The internet has only made it worse.

The saddest thing is that this problem is simple to solve, by applying the airplane emergency procedures approach: restore the oxygen to your own brain, first, before attempting to help the people close to you.
You do realize many women wanted to be single moms?. So dad being under the same roof was not an option or she pushed him out.

I too used to blame the man until i got to see reality.

The police just needs more funding to properly implement certain reforms, which is good, the riots in hindsight acted as a springboard.

I think ur government will enact something along those lines unless they're very stupid.

All in all, positive things will come out from it and Americans as a society benefits from it.

Lol what a joke, the answer is *always* to give the cops more money...says the police unions. I live in a town of 20,000 people, and the police have armored personnel carriers and military assault vehicles. The city is broke, of course, but the cops still get all the toys they want.

Not saying it should, I've said several times in this thread that was bad police work. But if I engaged in that sort of behavior, it's what I would expect, regardless of my race. If you play with fire, you might get burned. I don't need fire to be illegal to know that.

I'm all in favor of police reform. And we will definitely see some. And it will probably do some good.
But I'm concerned that we are demonizing and vilifying the police so much - If we drastically reduce their role and their power, we might be sitting here in 10 years dealing with an out of control crime crisis. Then we may have to walk some of this stuff back. Guess we'll deal with those issues as they arise.

The key word is reforms NOT adding more APC's.

Did it cross ur mind that with proper techniques of de-escalation, shootings might be reduced?

I'm sure they're smart people out there who studied this stuff and could recommend the police to implement certain reforms and it all needs money.

Well, I agree with you on that also. That's sad that our expectation of law enforcement is that low. In other developed democracies, police don't execute their citizens into submission.

Educational and economic opportunity reduces crime. More policing does not.

A more efficient allocation of resources is to fund education, infrastructure, and investment in under-served communities.
