Burning when I piss for a week now (here we go again)

I’ve been having regular sex with two women, at one point we all go tested and were clean. I’ve had piss and blood tests in Jan, Feb and now yesterday in August. All clean. Nothing.

However I fvcked the other girl (not the pregnancy pill dodging one) 25th and morning of 26yh July - Thursday night and Friday 2 weeks ago.

I started feeling a burning when I pissed last week so I waited until yesterday to test - negative.

I’m so confused. I read this:

“Our doctors recommend testing for chlamydia1-5 days post-exposure and gonorrhea 2-6 days after your sexual encounter. Re-test two weeks after treatment to confirm that you are clear of chlamydia and gonorrhea, then again 3 months later to make sure the infection did not re-appear.”

I tested 11 days later and negative. Now, this has happened before, I’m sure I posted about it too, my d1ck was hurting, I feared std, got check, nothing. I have vigorous and plentiful sex (no humble brag) so it’s possible I again have just damaged the old boy.

HOWEVER. This girl has not messaged me since last Tuesday, that’s nearly a week. She’s never gone that long since we start talking in March. She also stated she wasn’t sleeping with anyone else last time we met/banged which I found very strange. She also called me shady because I had her name saved as a different girl - of course I’m shady, I’m taking what’s mine in this life and dealing with consequences later. I’m guessing she has symptoms, feeling guilty, doesn’t know what to say.

Shall I just ask the girl in question? Say to her I’ve got symptoms I tested negative though... have you slept with anyone else or have symptoms? No reason we can’t be adult about this?

THEN, if I have it, I need to somehow sneak an antibiotic to the other chick. With my ex I just said look take this, right before she went to Ibiza she was too stressed to argue and I got away with being a cheating scumbag, because let’s face it I’m acting fvcking awful and selfish and don’t deserve a real relationship, not yet anyway.

What’s your advice guys? It’s been 11/12 days surely the test would pop if I had something? I’m thinking of ordering a home test kit, a few of them. Also I can buy a one off arizymocin or whatever tablet that cures it, what is the best drink to crush a tablet in undetected? I’m thinking fizzy... Prosecco? Too clear, Prosecco and cloudy pink lemonade with gin... yeah that should work...

Did you get tested for a urinary tract infection?

That may be the issue. Azythromycin, amoxicillin, bactrum will clear that with the 7-Day therapy oh, don't know the dosage but I'm sure you can find that oh, so you may just want to go that route in case it was something the STD test missed

Sounds like a UTI if you tested negative for everything. Usually goes away on its own if you have a healthy lifestyle. If it persists go tell the doc. You should probably use rubbers before you catch something viral. No cure for viral infections.

And a STI test is only as valid as the day of the test. Your sexual situation makes getting an STI test kind of useless. It’s like someone eating raw chicken, getting tested to make sure they don’t have salmonella, then resuming eating raw chicken.

You are not in an exclusive relationship with one girl, you are sleeping with two girls who are most likely sleeping with other men, and if they aren’t using condoms with you then they aren’t using condoms with these other guys, and those guys are probably not using condoms with other girls and so on..

Im not saying to stop sleeping with them because you seem to have a sweet gig going, but use protection. Honestly how many times do you want to get STI’s or have to get tested for STIs and deal with the stress of that? Instead of having to worry about this stuff on regular basis, which seems to be happening, why not just use condoms?

An oddball case is vigorous sex sessions can lead to a bent shaft and strained urethrha which burns but burns less and less as it heals. Chlamydia burns more and more until you do something about it.

A UTI rarely goes away w/o antibotics. I'm an EMT, so please, don't tell this to people because it's wrong.

@Murkserious, in the future, take Avo Cranberry extract and this will prevent an UTI from forming many times. Get yourself tested ASAP and if it is a UTI, you want to take the appropriate antibotics and drink a lot of water; little to no caffine. Are you leaking any fluids from your penis when you are not urinating?

All those virii you mentioned can be transferred via skin to skin. So a condom is useless as it will mainly prevent pregnancy acting as cumm blocker. But all the juices an body fluids are still leaking all over you and seeping down into your butt crack etc. just know that you can catch anything even with a condom and be prepared for that going in

It's just some sort of bacterial injection. It will never be found out if you are getting tested for VD. Best thing is to take a course of anti biotics. Your doc should have told you which.

Yeah exactly, I would say the pain slowly got worse and now feels a bit better? Wait lemme go piss and check.

Definitely getting better I’m typing this while pissing at work. It actually hurts more after I piss. Hurts in the morning more too. There’s no leakage or testicle pain so I’m thinking UTI. Thank god

Only da herp and HPV are a skin conditions. HIV and hepatitis are transmitted via bodily fluids. Molluscum Contagiosum is another skin condition that is skin to skin transmitted as well. A healthy immune system can rid the body of Molluscum Contagiosum and most HPV infections over time. There is a vaccine for HPV that may be approved in the Kingdom, but not 100% sure.

Simple test. You urinate in a cup and it's tested in a lab. 24 hours or you'd know. If it is a UTI, cranberry juice will help ease the symptoms, but you need an antibotic if it's batcerial. In the future, going raw you should take the AVO cranberry sup to prevent an UTI from happening. If you do not like pills, they have chewables and gummies too.

ER is usually not necessary, but it's there if you are in excrutating pain. A normal doctor or urgent care clinic can do this too. Prob. faster to go to the doctor or urgent care. I know in the States, ER wait times are long, but they can test for all STDs and a UTI.

@RickTheToad THANK YOU for setting the record straight about UTIs not clearing up on their own. An untreated UIT will migrate to, infect, your kidneys and make you feel like you have the flu - fever & achy. An untreated kidney infection will lead to kidney failure.

@Murkserious UTIs occur when bacteria travel up the urethra, settle in the bladder, and grow. Idk if I would categorize then as an STD/STI. It's best to pee as soon as you can after sex to clear the urethra and empty the bladder. In any case, to check for a UTI, you just pee into a cup and they test it for bacterial content. Dr office will do this. Call the clinic and see if they will test for it
