From the Heart and Soul, of a Woman
You are developing neural pathways and digging them deeper every time you repeat it. What happens when you suddenly feel frustrated and happen to be talking to a world class client, your boss, or a woman you love, what's going to pop out of your mouth, when you are not in a position to really censor yourself????

I get I am extra sensitive. I appreciate the dialogue about it!!! Lots!

I hear that you are surrounded by it. For that I am so sorry. Even so, choose to develop yourselves wisely. You are laying the foundations for yourselves. Every piece matters!!!

Breast milk from a dominant specimen.
Cows are dominant? Lol

I guess you're referring to the bull... Why don't we just drink bull semen. Lmao I'm jk I'm just posing another point. My objective was to point out that there are many opinions about milk and nutrition in general. At the end of the day just do what works for you.

Personally, if I refer to a woman as a b!tch or a hoe on the forum its means nothing. Its humorous and I don't mean anything by it. I'm purposefully being extra and overly expressive. She's probably a nice lady. perhaps it's rap inspired... I listen to a lot of rap. Maybe it's because of my sense of humor - I find offensive things funny. As long as it's not said with harmful intent. Like the word can't be used for it's actual purpose - being mean. For example, if I call my close friend a phag, we'll both laugh. Because we both know it's not serious.

@LiveYourDream I see where you're coming from though. But just be aware it's probably not meant the way it's read at face value. It is probably in jest. It would be tough for me to read someone's journal and help them if they constantly used the N word to describe black people.

At the same token, a guy who is a guest lecturer for my class was dressed extremely well today. I just could not believe the swagger this man had... Like how did he match these seemingly impossible to match colors and speak so elegantly? This man was refined. This man was inspiring. And so I thought to myself... Am I refined? Am I as suave as this gentleman? I started looking up what it means to be refined. And one thing that I came across is that a refined man doesn't curse (excessively, addition mine). Maybe the occasional swear but not like a sailor. And I think that should apply here. So from now on... I'm gonna make an effort to exclude those words from my vocab. I think there's something so magnificent and alluring about someone who can tell intricate stories and capture you with their words without excessive swearing. I'm still me so I'm gonna use slang but I'm an educated feller, I gotsta speak like it.

Anyway shout-out to that guy he's so suave.
+1

Okay. I'll try to cut down on my cussing at least a bit. That will be a huge challenge though, I'm always cussing in my head and every day. But baby steps.

I wonder how many times I've cussed in this journal? At least 100 lol. That's a reflection of how much I cuss in real life but I'll work on it.

Out of curiosity, are "b*tch" "sl*t" or "h0e" considered cuss words? Just wondering. I know they're meant to be offensive but are they like traditional cuss words?

Lifting Question

For my weight lifting friends that read this journal, I need your help!

I'm doing StrongLifts 5x5 in my University's Commercial Gym. So the weights start light. But I'm not sure what to do about the Bench Press. I work out by myself because I like to be alone with the iron. But as the weight gets heavy, if I fail a rep I'm going to end up slicing my head off with the barbell.

At my home gym, I used sawhorses to catch the weight if I failed.

Asking someone to spot me for 25 reps seems like a lot of work...

What can I do? Move a bench into the power rack and set the bars? Is that too ridiculous a solution?

I have to do free weights to get the results I want, so I need your help on this, my lifters who read this

Male and females alike had been raised to do an extended childhood "ho" stage until they are 30. Parents also felt safer if females talked to several at a time so their heart dont get broke by 1.
From what I've seen, a lot of women either stay in that "hoe" stage and then get a beta male provider later, or they get married at some crazy age like 21/22. There's no in between. Crazy how many women I know are getting married so damn young. I would never. If I do get married it'll most certainly be at 30+. I need more years to master the Game, get my resources together, and put more notches on my belt tbh.

@LiveYourDream I'm not trying to insult women, I'm just listing my honest observations here. It seems like everything the Red Pillers say pretty much checks out. Now I find the Black Pill/Incel to have a GRAIN of truth(looks matter) but their pessimistic attitude kills me. Those FaceAndLMS videos among others are really funny though.

Use a power rack, its safer. Make sure you set pins to appropriate height.

I really didn't want to drag a bench halfway across the gym but it looks like that's my best option. This is why I hate commercial gyms.

Once I graduate college it's home gym all the way

Neat, I'm doing 5x5 as well.

You don't need a spot. Use a power rack like @mrgoodstuff said. I bench in the power rack. Last time I was in the gym a dude was doing 5x5 and benching in the power rack. Do what you gotta do man it's lifting, it isn't always going to be pretty. Just be safe.

If you don't want to use the power rack, you can let it drop to your chest and tilt it one way so the weights fall off and then the other way so they fall off. That's a bit obnoxious though, and probably not as safe.

You don't have to say 'b!tch' or 'hoe' to be redpilled though.

B!tch is a curse word. Slvt and hoe are not - offensive, yes.. cursing, no. Imo.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can break weight plates like that. I somehow get the feeling that the University wouldn't be happy with that lol. Power Rack it is.

You ever buy protein from Walmart to save money? You get a pretty damn big batch for cheap. So much of my stuff is from Walmart, trying to save money as I build this physique lol. I think it's like Body Fortress X or something like that.

But anyways, a problem with this training and running is that I get really tired afterwards. Then I try to stay up and study then just end up crashing. Then I wake up at crazy times which makes it hard for me to be productive the next day. Not fun.

I have never ever gotten in trouble for going to bed early and getting up early, but I've gotten in trouble all the time for trying to stay up late and then crashing and waking up late. I've also found if I don't have a solid plan for the next day I won't get up. Once again, basic responsibility skills I should've learned in high school... Idk what I'm doing

Milk is a sin in the body building and fitnesd religion. Use almond milk if you need something other than water for your shakes.

Dont buy protein from Wal-Mart...its literslly garbage.

In fact you don't need protein powder at all..its one of the biggest scams in the fitness industry...people pushing protein powder...the body can get all protein it needs from regular food...and it needs FAR less thsn most people think.

Nah I bought protein once years ago. But I prefer to eat my food. Especially if I were cutting, which I don't plan to do. People often complain about being hungry when they cut... Yet they're redo reducing the volume of the food they eat by thanking protein powder. Blows my mind.

Tbh you don't need any supplements to build a great physique. My current stack is 15% concentrated power of will. 5% pleasure.. 50% pain. And 100% reason to remember the name.

Hahaha damn.

Do you agree with 1G of protein per pound of bodyweight?

True. It's so hard to get full meals in sometimes. Which is why I do the protein shakes and sip on them in class.

On top of that sometimes cafeteria meals are intolerable or have nothing but hamburgers. So I need to invest in canned chili, canned tuna, beans, and maybe some Lean Cuisine. Not the most ideal, but enough to get ripped and better than hamburgers.

First world problems.

You're just setting yourself up to spend more money.

And to comment on the 1G per bodyweight - there's actually not a lot of science out there that says you need 1G/lb lean mass to build muscle. I recall reading something about people doing .7G/lb lean mass and achieving similar results to those on 1G/lb. As I said before with the milk... nutrition is personal. You have to experiment and try it out for yourself. If you eat 1G/lb and you put on a lot of muscle, then keep doing it. If you switch to .5... .6... .7G/lb and you realize you aren't making the same amount of gains in the same amount of time (which could be for other reasons... like the fact that you already made your beginner gains) then obviously you need more protein.

Personally, I don't track macros. I just eat and I avoid carbs if I can/when I want to. I have been trying to limit carbs to after workouts. But sometimes the only way I can get enough calories without eating a bunch of olive oil salads is eating whatever rice/lasagna/whatever they have so... so be it.

Canned beans are only 89 cents a can though. Id rather spend the dollar occasionally than eat Cafeteria slop lol. Although sometimes they have grilled chicken which is always good.

Tbh as long as I get protein, don't eat garbage most of the time, lift weights, run, and drink water I'll make gainz. I can make that work
