I've been going a whole month, only released in a condom in a woman and once outside a woman (which was not good or natural). Vague, okay. But what am I searching for? I'm really asking. I followed JP prior to his popularity and never heard him discuss masturbation directly.

I've watched all of his 2017 Personality and Maps lecture series which amounts to around 50 hours of video. I wrote physical notes on his lectures (20< pages worth). I've also watched many of his Q/A and keynote talks. During the Personality and Maps lectures he has made a few off-hand comments about porn being like tinkerbell from peter pan, noting it's nothing but instant gratification which he deems to be very bad (masturbation qualifies, though he doesn't mention it explicitly).

I do think there is something to this sexual transmutation idea, that you can draw energy from abstaining sexually. For lack of a better term, I've always called it "conserving my chi".

If you don’t know already, sex transmutation was popularised by Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich. He noticed wealthy men had high sexual energy and this resulted in them being more charismatic. Next time you spend time with or watch a charismatic person, try to notice how they behave.

To me personally, masculine maturity is having the strength to delay instant gratification. If it matters to you, women love men who wait and savour because it increases sexual tension...tbh it’s better for us too.

I've been working in a college area almost all this week. Students are back from break. I, nofap for all intents and purposes for a whole month, am impressing girls left and right.
