A calorie is a unit of energy. To "burn" a calorie, you have to exert the same amount of energy. Energy in, energy out. That's physics, Dave.
Do you know how much energy is in 3,000 calories? Enough for an average person in very good shape to run a 26 mile marathon in about 4 hours, or a professional athlete who can run a world class-time, 26 mile marathon....two times in a row.
This leaves us with 4 options:
A. You are somehow defying the laws of physics.
B. You are running 26 mile marathons every day just to maintain your weight, and then torturing yourself on top of that to avoid gaining weight.
C. You have a SERIOUS imbalance in your body that requires SERIOUS medical attention that probably makes you an anomaly in the world of biology,
D. You're pulling numbers out of your ass again and making sh*t up because you don't want to be wrong.
Now, I know you're not defying the laws of physics, so lets rule that one out, and I'm pretty sure you're not running a 26 mile marathon every day just to maintain bodyweight. If this is a medical condition, you seem to have no clue to the root cause of it, have done nothing to find out and risk death by being idol on this for so long, which also means you're not THAT educated on your situation.
That leaves us with D.
Whether it's pulling numbers out of thin air on your demographic, making up statistics on the general population or telling us you have this amazing calorie-burning super power, your grasp on reality is seriously lacking.
I think this is the common link at the core of all of your problems, Dave. If you cannot get a solid grasp on the reality of a situation, you cannot tackle any given problem in a realistic and effective manner. Does being an awesome, masculine, successful, in shape, social prodigy of a man to be the perfect catch who also cannot land a date with ANY woman he is truly attracted to sound like reality to you?
You're living your life in la-la-land. Plain and simple.
