Ya, you're right, a physique, tan, and haircut will do so little for an ectomorph.

What do you think of the haircut I had for those pictures? I don't think I styled it as good as it was supposed to be, but the "wardrobe consultant" who accompanied the photographer said she thought it looked good.

Richard, start working on your physique, which will take time, but also begin working on your conversations. Start with small chat with clerks, random encounters, etc. Read some Dale Carnegie, and other leadership boosk, they will help gain understanding. Then you have to put it into practice.

It seems there is a significant amount of jealousy regarding your funds, which I really don't understand. It's like golf, if you lie about it, you are only hurting yourself. I don't think the Lambo is necessary, the pics are solid for now, just work on your mind and your body.

8 months from now, when I'm pulling in $40k/month, the Lambo will be necessary.

I have long wanted to be super rich, and I still believe it will happen.

It is simply a matter of flipping a few houses successfully so that my dad will trust that he's not wasting his money if he were to loan me a down payment to flip the bigger deals.

I have off market listings sent to me every day that people cannot find through realtors.

Example: $412k purchase, $130k in renovations, $700k sales price.

If purchased using Hard Money, I need $117k to get in, and profit $90k. ROI = 264% if it takes 3.5 months to rehab and sell.

If cash, need $545k to get in, $125k profit, 80% ROI.

Now imagine if I could do that once per month.

I think every girl in the world would be begging to suck my d1ck.

The pictures are a good start. But you are still going to have to have some social skills. The car can't seduce women for you. @Glassguy has more women who want to date him than he can schedule. It has to do with him being a high status guy AND having great social skills (game) and strong frame. Because of all that he has abundance where women are concerned. So do some of the other men here, including @guru1000 and others. And the type of women most men here would be envious of.

I've never understood the flaming of someone else who is having the success you'd like to enjoy yourself. It's silly. Why not do what other successful people do to obtain the success you would like to enjoy? You aren't out there ridiculing successful house flippers are you? I mean I see nerdy goofy millionaires all the time who can't get women. Just this past weekend there was a man hanging around at a club my bf and I go to...driving a bright yellow Ferrari F50...and there were no women lined up to svck his junk.

But you are a hard head and you are going to have to actually experience the phenomena yourself before you understand. And that will be a very high dollar lesson at Daddy's expense.

Who is losing money here? Not me, or anyone who invests/loans. Experienced house flippers told me that if I break even on my first one, that is good. I'm doing better than breaking even if it sells at what the comps currently have it at.

Flipping houses isn't rocket science once you know what you're doing, and no, I don't argue with successful house flippers when I talk to them on other sites that I'm on.

If I come across as someone "trying too hard" or whatever by driving a Lambo, all it takes is like 3 seconds of conversation to show that I'm a normal person. Just act humble and be like... "I just thought it was cool" or something like that.

I think (KNOW) that I'm worth more than any girl just because she is "pretty," and believe it or not, it takes a lot more than looks to impress me.... although I really don't know what else to be impressed by. I don't care if a girl has a college degree or went to medical school or anything like that. I would probably rather be with someone who works at Hooters, and I suppose I'm supposed to "respect" the way she fills up a cup and hands it to someone with her butt hanging out, but I don't really care.

Athough I will admit that if I drive around in a Lambo, it will immediately cause girls (and people in general) to think.... "I wonder what's wrong with that guy." And if they think I have a small d1ck, I could easily prove them wrong.

I never said that driving a Lambo would many any girl want to have sex with me. In fact, I remember saying the exact opposite. In any event, it will do SOMETHING. It will definitely put more focus on me, and POLARIZE to some extent.
